Graphic Design in Bangladesh

Graphic design in Bangladesh, done by a senior who treats your brand like a system, not a one-off favour.

I am RH Fardin, a solo designer and developer with about five years of practice. I plan and produce visuals that solve a job: a Facebook ad creative that survives the thumb scroll, a product label that does not smudge at the print shop, a website hero that loads fast on a 4G Robi connection. No agency-style hand-offs, no junior surprise.

Web + graphic projects from 50,000 BDT. Tiers at 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT. 50% advance, 50% on launch. You approve every key visual in writing before final export.

About the designer

Why graphic design in Bangladesh keeps disappointing buyers

Most Bangladeshi business owners I meet have already paid for graphic design at least twice. The first time was a 5,000 BDT logo from a friend on Fiverr; the second was a 25,000 BDT "branding package" from a Dhaka shop that delivered a PSD they cannot open and a logo that pixelates on the printed visiting card. By the time they reach me, the question is not "do I need a designer" but "will this third try actually be the last?"

I work as one senior operator. That means the person who reads your brief writes your concept, picks the typeface, builds the print-ready file, and exports the Facebook ad. There is no account manager forwarding messages to a junior who has never met you. When the printer in Nilkhet calls saying the CMYK is off, I am the one fixing it, not a help-desk ticket.

About five years of practice has taught me one thing about graphic design in Bangladesh: the work that lasts is the work that has a system behind it. A logo without a colour rule, a clear-space rule, and a primary typeface is a drawing, not a brand. A Facebook ad without a template is a one-time gamble. I deliver source files, usage rules, and the discipline that lets your team reuse the design six months from now without asking me again.

If you want cheap, I am honestly the wrong person. The floor is 50,000 BDT, and that buys you focused senior time, not a template swapped with your logo. If you want graphic design in Bangladesh that you can hand to a printer, an ad buyer, or a developer and have it just work, this is the right page.

What's included

What you get with senior graphic design

Six things that separate a brand-led graphic design engagement from the cheap-and-cheerful Fiverr cycle most Bangladeshi businesses are stuck in.

01

Brand system, not one logo

You get a primary mark, a secondary mark for small spaces, a colour palette with HEX, RGB and CMYK values, and a typography rule. The brand survives a Facebook profile picture, a Daraz product card, and a printed banner without redesign.

02

Print-ready, press-tested

Every print file ships in CMYK with 3mm bleed, outlined fonts, and a 300 DPI export. I have walked into enough Dhaka print shops to know which files cause panic at the counter and which ones run clean the first time.

03

Mobile-first creative

Bangladeshi buyers see your visuals on a 5.5-inch screen first. Headlines stay legible at thumbnail size, key elements live inside the safe zone, and ad creatives are tested at 80% zoom-out before delivery.

04

Bangla + English ready

I pair Bangla and Latin typefaces that actually sit together on the same line, set proper diacritic spacing, and avoid the common mistake of using a system Bangla font that breaks in print. Bilingual layouts are part of the brief, not an upsell.

05

Source files you own

Final delivery includes editable AI/Figma source, PDF master, PNG and JPG exports, plus a one-page usage sheet. No locked PSDs, no hostage situations if you want to switch designers later.

06

Web + graphic in one head

Because I also build websites, the design works when it lands on a real page. Hero images are sized for the actual breakpoint, social cards match the website meta image, and brand colours pass accessibility on a real screen.

Brand kit or campaign creative: which graphic design do you actually need?

Most enquiries for graphic design in Bangladesh land in one of two buckets, and the price is wildly different. Bucket one is foundation work: a logo, a colour and type system, a visiting card, a Facebook page kit, and a basic letterhead. This is the once-every-few-years investment that fixes your identity. It usually lives in the 50,000 to 90,000 BDT range with me, depending on how many concepts you want and whether Bangla typography is involved. You should only buy this once, and you should keep the source files forever.

Bucket two is campaign creative: ten Facebook ad variants for a Ramadan push, a product label for a new SKU, packaging for a gift box, a brochure for a B2B pitch. This is repeat work, and the price per item drops fast once the brand system already exists. If you walk in without a brand system, I will push back and ask you to do bucket one first, because designing ten ads on top of a weak logo is throwing taka at a problem you have not solved.

If your brand is already strong but the execution is poor, we can skip straight to campaign creative and you will see results in the first ad set. Tell me which one you actually need in the brief, and I will quote accordingly.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

The six questions Bangladeshi business owners ask before booking a graphic design project with me.

Graphic design er koto taka khoroch hobe Bangladesh e?

My floor for any graphic design engagement is 50,000 BDT. A basic brand kit (logo, colour system, type, visiting card, Facebook cover) sits at 50,000 to 90,000 BDT. A full identity with print collateral, social templates, and brand guidelines lands around 1,50,000 BDT. Repeat campaign creative for an existing brand is quoted per batch. Payment is 50% advance, 50% on final delivery, both via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.

I already have a logo from Fiverr. Can you just build the brand kit around it?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Send me the source file. If it is a clean vector with a usable shape, I can build the system around it and credit you the redraw fee. If it is a JPG, a fuzzy raster, or a logo that copies a well-known brand (this happens more than you would expect), I will tell you honestly and recommend a redraw. I would rather lose the sale than build a brand on a logo you cannot legally defend.

Do you design in Bangla properly, or is it just Latin fonts?

I design in both. For Bangla, I work with proper Unicode typefaces, fix the matra and diacritic spacing that most designers ignore, and pair Bangla with a Latin font that has similar weight and x-height. If your brand is going to live in front of a Bangladeshi audience, the Bangla version cannot look like an afterthought, and I treat it that way.

Will the files work at any printer in Dhaka or Chattogram?

Yes. Print deliverables ship as press-ready PDF with CMYK colours, 300 DPI raster assets, outlined fonts, and 3mm bleed and trim marks. I include a one-page printer brief so the shop staff in Nilkhet, Banglabazar or Agrabad know exactly what paper stock, finish and quantity the file is set up for. If a printer ever pushes back, share my number and I will sort it directly.

How long does a graphic design project take from brief to delivery?

A focused brand kit usually takes two to three weeks: one week of discovery and concept, one week of refinement after your feedback, a few days for final exports and the usage guide. Campaign creative for an existing brand is faster, often four to seven working days for a batch of ads or a product label. I will commit to a delivery date in writing when you confirm the advance.

What if I do not like any of the design concepts?

You get a written design-approval guarantee. I show you initial concepts, you give clear feedback, and I keep refining within the agreed scope until you approve a direction. I will not push final files on you and ask for the balance if you are not happy with the design. The only thing I ask in return is honest, specific feedback so I can move forward instead of guessing.
