Who is doing your redesign
One senior operator, not an agency relay race
Most website redesigns in Bangladesh fail for the same reason. The owner sees a slick proposal from a company, signs the contract, then the project gets handed to a junior nobody mentioned. Two months later the new site looks worse than the old one, half the old pages return 404, Google traffic drops, and the agency is already chasing the next client.
I run things differently because I have to. I am RH Fardin, working solo from Bangladesh as a website designer and developer, and every redesign on my desk is one I personally audit, redesign, code and launch. There is no project manager forwarding messages, no sales rep promising features I cannot build, and no junior learning on your live site.
Around five years of doing this in the local market has taught me what a Bangladeshi redesign actually needs: it has to load fast on a mid-range Android over patchy 4G in Sylhet, it has to make the bKash and Nagad story obvious, and it has to give a visitor from Uttara or Agrabad a one-tap way to call or WhatsApp you. Pretty animations are nice. Those three things bring money.
Pricing is honest and posted in front of you: redesigns start at 50,000 BDT, mid-tier projects sit around 90,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT, and a full custom rebuild starts at 3,00,000 BDT. You pay 50% to start, 50% on launch, and you do not pay the second half until the design is approved by you in writing.
