Yes. I use Unicode Bangla with a proper font stack: SolaimanLipi, Kalpurush and a Noto Sans Bengali fallback. It shows correctly on iPhones, modern Android and the cheap Walton and Symphony phones most guardians use. A Bangla and English toggle on key pages is optional. I never use Bangla text inside images, because it breaks SEO and accessibility.

That assumes your school sends the logo, the principal's message, the faculty list and at least 10 to 15 photos in the first week. The hold-up is almost always content from the school side, not development. On day one I send a content checklist in Bangla and English, so nothing is missed.
