About RH Fardin
I build the school website, then teach your office how to run it
Every Dhaka principal I talk to about school website development has the same problem. The site was built four or five years ago by a teacher's relative or a one-time vendor in Mirpur. The admin password is lost. The contact form sends to a Yahoo address no one checks. During admission season, the home page still shows last year's deadline. That is the starting point I expect when you call me.
I am RH Fardin, a website designer and developer who works with Dhaka schools. I have about five years of full-time work behind me, and I do this alone. There is no agency floor and no project manager passing your brief to a junior. There is no Bangalore back-office quietly rewriting your About page in broken English.
You email me, and I reply. You call me, and I pick up. The same person who sketches your home page writes the PHP that sends your admission form to the office inbox. That is how I keep school web design in Dhaka simple, and how I stay the one person you hold to account.
For Dhaka schools, I have learned that three pages decide everything. The first is the Admission page from November to January. The second is the Notice board, all year round. The third is the Result page, on the two or three days a year when every guardian loads it at once.
On those days, guardians in Uttara, Dhanmondi, Mohammadpur and Bashundhara all hit the site together. I build those three pages to survive that traffic. They work on cheap shared hosting and on the cheap Android phones most guardians actually use.
I work on a 50% advance and 50% on launch basis. You approve the design in Figma before I touch any code. So you never pay a final payment for something you do not like. A focused school site starts at 50,000 BDT. Larger builds cost 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT. Fully custom systems start at 3,00,000 BDT. You need that tier for things like online admission tests, fee ledgers or a separate alumni portal.
