If you only want me to handle infrastructure (domain + hosting + SSL + email + setup) without building the site, that starts at around 25,000 BDT for a full one-year setup including the first year's renewals. If you want me to design and build the website as well, the all-in price starts at 50,000 BDT and that includes everything for the first year. After year one, renewals are billed at cost-plus-management and quoted to you in writing before anything is charged.
Depends on the buyer. If you sell mostly to BD customers and want clear local authority for Dhaka, Chattogram or Rajshahi searches, .com.bd helps. If you also serve overseas clients, freelance internationally, or want to look bigger than 'just a local shop', register the .com as well and forward one to the other. I usually register both for clients who can afford to, because BTCL .com.bd registration is cheap and protects your brand.
