Heavier sites cost more, like WooCommerce stores with many products or sites that need more edits each month. You can pay monthly, quarterly or yearly by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Yes, as long as the code is in fair shape. First I do a one-time audit. I check the WordPress version, the plugin list, hosting, backups, security and how the old developer left things. If the site is clean, I take over. If it is badly outdated or full of nulled plugins, I will tell you honestly. Then I either clean it up or suggest a rebuild. I will not pretend a sick site is healthy.
Hosting is the server space your site lives on, like Exonhost, Putul, Hostever or DigitalOcean. They keep the machine running. Maintenance is everything on top of that. It is the care of your site files, content, plugins, backups, security and updates. Hosting providers in Bangladesh almost never fix your WordPress site when it breaks. They only restart the server. You need both, and they are very different jobs.

If something still breaks on the live site, I roll back to the latest checked backup. Then I find the conflict on the test copy. You do not pay extra for that fix. It is part of the plan.
A fair amount of small edits each month is included. That means updating prices, swapping a banner, adding a product, posting a blog article you already wrote, fixing typos or changing a phone number. Bigger jobs are quoted separately at a fair hourly rate. That covers designing a new section, building a new page from scratch or adding a feature.
