Not if it's done properly. Before launch, I point every old URL to its new page with 301 redirects. I keep the meta titles that already rank and keep your internal links where they make sense. On launch day, I submit a new XML sitemap to Google Search Console. Most Dhaka businesses lose rankings because their old agency simply deletes the old pages. I don't do that. Expect a 2 to 4 week wobble at worst, and full recovery within a month.
Yes, in most cases. If your site is on WordPress and the hosting is decent, I can rebuild on the same install. You keep your admin login, and your pages and content stay as the base. I just replace the theme and structure. Sometimes the hosting is the problem. Say you're on a 2,000 BDT-a-year shared plan that times out. Then I'll suggest a move and handle the migration for you.
A focused 50,000 BDT redesign usually takes 3 to 4 weeks once I have your content and old-site access. The 90,000 BDT tier takes 4 to 6 weeks. Larger 1,50,000 BDT corporate rebuilds take 6 to 8 weeks. Speed depends mostly on how fast you give feedback on the Figma designs. If you reply within a day, we move fast. If it is truly urgent, like a brand refresh or a bad-press event, I can speed up some steps for an extra rush fee.
