At the low end, you usually pay for a free template and a half-finished plugin install. You also get someone who stops replying on WhatsApp the moment you ask for a revision. At the high end, you often pay for a Gulshan office, a sales team and three layers of project managers who never touch your file.

When I quote, I look at how many truly different page types you need. I also look at how much copy you can give me and how much I need to shape myself.
Some services need their own landing pages because they target different Dhaka neighbourhoods or buyer types. A clinic in Dhanmondi serving patients in Mirpur, Mohammadpur and Uttara may need three lightly tuned location pages. That work has a real price.
The second driver is mobile. Most Dhaka traffic in 2026 comes from mid-range Android phones on patchy 4G. Often the user is holding the phone in one hand in a CNG. The site has to load and work well in that exact setting, not on your designer's MacBook. No, and that is on purpose. I quote design and development as one number. Hosting, a .com or .com.bd domain, SSL and any paid plugins are separate line items in BDT. You decide whether I buy them for you or you handle them yourself. There are no silent renewals.
Standard terms are 50 percent in advance to start and 50 percent on launch. Bank transfer is cleanest for amounts over 50,000 BDT. But I accept bKash and Nagad for the advance or for smaller scopes. You get a receipt in BDT for every payment.
That is exactly why design approval comes before development. You see the full layout in Figma and ask for changes until it is right. Only then do I write code. If the live site does not match the approved design, I fix it at no cost. The risk of paying for something you dislike is gone before the build even starts.
The quoted price does not change unless you ask for something outside the original scope. If that happens, I stop and put the change in writing, with the BDT cost and the effect on the timeline. I only go ahead once you approve. There are no silent invoices and no end-of-project surprises. Most projects finish at the exact number on the original quote.
