Nine times out of ten, the gap between a 50,000 BDT quote and a 1,50,000 BDT quote in Uttara comes down to four things. They are page count with original content, Bangla and English versions, integrations, and content production. A 5-page English-only brochure site for a trading house off Garib-e-Newaz Avenue really costs 50,000 BDT. Anyone quoting 1,80,000 for that is padding heavily. Or they plan to pass you to a junior they have not introduced.
The price jumps when you need a Bangla mirror, because every page is basically built twice. It jumps when you want a careers portal that accepts CV uploads. It also jumps when the new site must pull data from your accounting or stock system. Those are real engineering hours, not invented line items.
Some things do NOT justify a higher price. These include "premium Uttara location" pitches and vague "branding strategy" add-ons that produce one Canva file. They also include "SEO included" packages that turn out to be a meta-tag plugin. Can an Uttara agency not show you in writing which pages, features and post-launch support are in the number? Then assume they are leaving room to bill you again later.

Anything beyond that is scoped as custom and starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Every price is fixed and written in the agreement.
Usually the quote bundles things you did not ask for. That could be "branding workshops", yearly retainers, hosting at 5 times the market rate, or a Bangla version you do not need. Ask any agency for an itemised scope sheet before signing. If they refuse, that is your answer. My quote shows every line, so you can cut what you don't need.
No. Location adds nothing to the price. I work remotely with clients across Uttara, in Sectors 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11 and 13, plus Banani, Gulshan and beyond. We hold the kickoff, design reviews and sign-off on Google Meet or WhatsApp, so where your office sits never changes the quote.
You pay 50% advance to start the project and 50% on launch day, with no invoices in between. I accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket and direct bank transfer to a BDT account. For foreign-listed Uttara group offices, I can invoice in USD via Wise. You get a formal money receipt for every payment.
Domain and hosting are NOT bundled. I keep them in your name, so you own them outright. That matters when you change vendors one day. I'll help you buy them at cost. A .com.bd domain runs about 2,000 BDT a year. Good hosting for a corporate site costs 6,000 to 12,000 BDT a year. SSL is free through Let's Encrypt, and I set it up in every project.
Starter (50,000 BDT) takes 2 to 3 weeks. Standard (90,000 BDT) takes 3 to 5 weeks. Premium (1,50,000 BDT) takes 5 to 7 weeks. Each count starts on the day you approve the homepage design.
