About this engagement
Why design and development under one hand matters for a Motijheel firm
Walk into Motijheel and you will find businesses that have settled crores in deals on a handshake and a phone call for thirty years — and whose entire online presence is a Facebook page or a single PDF sent over WhatsApp. The street trusts them; the screen does not show it. When a new counterparty Googles the firm before a meeting on Dilkusha, the website is the one thing in the chain that has been left to whoever was cheapest, and it shows. The most expensive version of this problem is the half-built site: a pretty homepage a designer made that a separate developer never finished wiring, so the contact form goes nowhere and the Bangla menu breaks on a phone.
That gap between design and development is exactly what I removed by doing both jobs myself. I am RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer in Bangladesh. For roughly five years I have personally drawn the wireframes, finished the visual design, written the front-end and back-end code, set up the hosting and launched every site I take on. There is no junior re-interpreting your Figma at midnight, no account manager turning your feedback into a guess, no "the developer didn't understand the design" excuse on launch day. You brief one person, that person designs it, you approve, and that same person builds and ships it.
For a Motijheel office this matches how you already work — you deal with the person who decides, not a sales rep who checks and reverts. When I design your homepage I am already deciding how the enquiry form will fire to your email and to a WhatsApp number, how the site loads for a buyer stuck in Dilkusha traffic on mobile data, and how your office staff will update a rate sheet or a notice next year without calling a developer. Design choices and code choices get made in the same head at the same time, not negotiated across two teams six weeks apart.
Pricing is plain. 50,000 BDT for a focused business site that finally makes the firm look real online; 90,000 BDT for a fuller multi-page build; 1,50,000 BDT for content-heavy or lightly custom work; and from 3,00,000 BDT for genuinely custom systems quoted after a scope call. Terms are 50% advance, 50% on launch — bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, whichever your accounts office prefers. No retainer trap, no surprise renewal invoice next year, and the design, code, domain and hosting are yours from day one.
