Web Development Service in Dhaka

A web development service in Dhaka run by one senior developer, not an assembly line of juniors.

Most Dhaka clients I meet have a half-finished site from someone who disappeared. I do the discovery call, write the code, push to production, and answer the bug-fix email myself. No PM forwarding messages, no junior copy-pasting from Themeforest. Projects start at 50,000 BDT with a 50% advance and 50% on launch, and you do not pay the final invoice until the design is approved.

Around 5 years of hands-on builds. One senior. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed launch date.

About the service

What you get when you hire RH Fardin instead of an agency

The honest reason most Dhaka business owners are reading a page like this is that the last vendor went quiet for three weeks, then sent a half-broken WordPress build with a stock photo of a foreigner shaking hands. I have rebuilt enough of those sites to know exactly what went wrong: the work was passed down to a junior, the brief was never written down, and no one owned the deadline. My web development service in Dhaka is built to remove every one of those failure points.

I am RH Fardin, a website designer and developer working out of Bangladesh for around 5 years. The way I run a project is simple: you talk to me on the first call, I write the proposal in plain language, I build every page myself, and I am the one who replies when something breaks at 11pm before your launch event. There is no account manager translating your feedback into a Jira ticket that gets misread by a developer in another time zone. The brief in your head and the code on the server stay one conversation apart.

The technical work is senior-level by default — hand-written HTML/CSS where it makes sense, a properly configured WordPress or Next.js build where it makes more sense, real Core Web Vitals targets, clean schema markup, an SSL certificate that actually renews, and a 404 page that does not embarrass you. I do not bolt 18 plugins onto a Themeforest skin and call it custom. If the project is small enough that a template is the right answer, I will tell you that and price accordingly.

On commercials: the floor for a real project is 50,000 BDT, the standard tiers are 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT, and anything genuinely custom starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance and 50% on launch, and the launch payment is gated by your written design approval — if you are not happy with the look, you are not paying the second invoice. That is the design-approval guarantee, and it exists because I think it is the only fair way to sell a service that the buyer cannot fully evaluate until it is finished.

What's included

Why business owners in Dhaka pick this service

Six things that make a senior-led web development service different from the agency quote sitting in your inbox.

01

One developer, end to end

The person on your discovery call writes the production code and pushes the launch. Nothing gets lost between sales, design, and dev because there is no handover.

02

Fixed price in BDT, no scope drift

You get a written scope, a fixed quote in taka, and a fixed launch date before the advance is paid. Change requests outside scope are quoted in writing — never a surprise on the invoice.

03

Mobile-first by default

Roughly 8 in 10 of your Dhaka visitors are on a mid-range Android over patchy 4G. Every layout is designed on a small screen first and tested on real devices, not just Chrome DevTools.

04

Local payment ready

If you sell anything online, the site is wired for bKash, Nagad, Rocket and SSLCommerz from day one — including the merchant onboarding checklist, not just the plugin install.

05

Speed that survives Dhaka networks

Optimised images, lazy loading, a real CDN, and a hosting plan I will help you pick. The site has to load fast in Mirpur on a 4G phone, not just on fibre in your office.

06

Handover you can actually use

On launch you get logins, a one-page edit guide in plain language, the design files, and a 14-day bug-fix window. You are not held hostage by the developer for every comma change.

In focus

What a senior-led web development project in Dhaka actually looks like

A normal project runs five to seven weeks end to end, and almost all of the friction lives in the first two. Week one is a written brief — the actual goal of the site, who buys from you, what you sell, what the visitor must do on the page, which competitors you respect, and what you absolutely do not want.

I send that document back to you in plain Bangla-friendly English, you correct it, and then we agree on the sitemap and the homepage wireframe before any pixel of design is opened. Most Dhaka projects fail because this step is skipped — someone shows you a pretty Figma frame on day three and you nod, and then six weeks later the site does not match how your business actually works.

From week two onwards the work is mechanical in a good way: design first, your written approval, then development against the approved design, then content placement, then real-device testing on a low-end Android, then a staging URL you can show your spouse and your accountant before launch.

On the technical side you get an SSL certificate, a proper backup setup, schema markup so your business shows up correctly in Google, and a hosting recommendation that matches your traffic — usually a managed plan in the 8,000–25,000 BDT/year range, paid directly to the host so I never sit between you and your domain.

After launch you get a 14-day bug-fix window at no extra cost, and an optional care plan after that if you want me to keep the lights on; if you would rather hand the site to your in-house team, I will write the handover doc that lets them do it.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Real questions Dhaka clients ask before they sign — answered the way I would answer them on a call.

Web development service ta dhaka te koto taka? What does it actually cost?

The floor is 50,000 BDT for a small, focused business site. The standard tiers are 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT depending on number of pages, custom features and integrations. Anything genuinely custom — bespoke dashboards, multi-vendor, heavy API work — starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance and 50% on launch, and the launch payment is conditional on your written design approval.

Is this an agency in Dhaka or one person?

It is one senior person — me, RH Fardin. I have run this as a solo service for around 5 years. There is no junior team behind the curtain. The advantage is that you talk to the actual builder; the trade-off is that I take on a limited number of projects per quarter, so the calendar matters.

Do you only build in WordPress, or can you do custom code?

Both. For most Dhaka SMEs WordPress is the right answer because it is cheap to host and your in-house person can edit it. For projects that need real custom logic — a booking engine, a member area, an internal dashboard — I build in Next.js or a similar modern stack. I will recommend the cheaper option whenever it is genuinely the right one.

Will the site work properly on a cheap Android in 4G?

Yes, that is the test that matters in Dhaka. Every project is designed mobile-first, images are optimised, fonts are loaded efficiently, and the build is tested on a real mid-range Android — not just resized in Chrome. If your visitor is on a 15,000 BDT phone in a Banani traffic jam, the page still has to load and the bKash button still has to work.

How do I pay, and can I pay via bKash or bank transfer?

Bank transfer is preferred for the milestone invoices because it leaves a clean paper trail for both of us. bKash, Nagad and Rocket are accepted for smaller amounts and for any post-launch care payments. International cards are accepted for non-resident Bangladeshi clients via a payment link. Every payment gets a proper receipt with VAT line where applicable.

What happens if I do not like the design after you start building?

Then you do not pay the second invoice. The design-approval guarantee means the 50% launch payment is gated on your written sign-off of the design. Revisions inside the agreed scope are included; if you want to change direction completely after approval, we re-scope in writing and re-price honestly. I have never had to refund an advance, but the policy is there in writing so neither of us has to gamble.
