About RH Fardin
In Bogura, the hard part of a redesign isn't the design — it's finding a 'company' that will still answer the phone next year
Walk through the conversation a Bogura owner actually has before a redesign. The site is three or four years old, slow, broken on a phone, and embarrassing next to a competitor's. So they decide to redo it — and immediately hit the real problem, which is not taste, it's trust. The last "company" was a computer shop off Satmatha or a relative's contact in Dhaka, and the moment the advance cleared the relationship went thin: slow replies, then no replies, then a changed number.
Now the owner does not even know if they hold their own domain. Choosing a redesign company in Bogura is mostly an exercise in not getting burned the same way twice, and that is the part most vendors here are silent about. Before I touch a single layout, I make sure the domain, the hosting and every login end up in your name — because a redesign that leaves you locked out again is not a redesign, it's the same trap with newer paint.
I'm RH Fardin, a solo senior web designer and developer based in Bangladesh, with around five years rebuilding sites for the businesses Bogura actually runs on. Let me be blunt about the word "company," because in Bogura it is doing a lot of hiding: a student with a Facebook page calls himself a company, a reseller flipping cheap hosting calls himself an agency, a shop that outsources the real work to someone in Dhaka calls itself a firm.
So I'll tell you exactly what you're hiring — one accountable senior person who personally runs the audit, the redesign, the rebuild, the SEO migration, the speed pass and the relaunch, and whose name and number do not change once the project is paid. No account is handed to a junior. No subcontractor is doing the actual work behind a borrowed logo.
For roughly five years I've redesigned sites for the trades Bogura is built on — light engineering and foundry workshops out toward Sherpur Road, agro-input and fertiliser dealers, rice and cold-storage traders, the doi and sweet houses that ship a name beyond the district, clothing and electronics showrooms around Satmatha and New Market, and clinics and coaching centres feeding the colleges. Bogura adopted websites early for a district town, which is exactly why so many of those early sites are now the ones that need rebuilding.
My redesign floor is 50,000 BDT, and I won't pretend it's lower: that covers a real audit, a modern mobile-first rebuild, your existing content migrated cleanly, 301 redirects so your rankings carry across, bKash and Nagad handling done the way Bogura buyers pay, and full ownership handed back. The 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT tiers add ecommerce, booking, a Bangla-English split or a larger page count — still me at the keyboard. Fully custom rebuilds start from 3,00,000 BDT.
I charge 50 percent advance and 50 percent on launch, and on a redesign that second half carries real weight — it isn't due until you sign off on the relaunched site. The design-approval guarantee matters more here than on a fresh build, because you already live with your site every day and have specific, earned opinions about what embarrassed you and what the new one must feel like. So I keep iterating on the visual direction, within scope, until you genuinely say it's right.
In a market where the last developer's defining feature was disappearing, putting that approval step in writing — and being a company you can name, not a logo over a rotating cast — is the difference most outfits offering website redesign in Bogura BD will not commit to.
