Senior Operator, Not a Ticket Desk
Why Most Maintenance Companies in Bangladesh Disappoint
Most clients who message me about website maintenance in Bangladesh tell the same story. They paid an agency 20,000 to 30,000 BDT a year, never heard from anyone, and woke up one morning to a white screen, a hacked admin, or a payment gateway throwing errors during a Facebook ad push. When they finally got someone on the phone, the person opening their cPanel had clearly never seen the site before. That is not maintenance, that is a subscription with no service behind it.
I run things differently. I am RH Fardin, a solo senior website designer and developer working out of Bangladesh, and the same person who builds a site also looks after it. When you message me about a maintenance issue, I already know your hosting, your theme, your plugin stack, and where your last backup lives. There is no ticket queue, no junior asking you to send screenshots of your screenshots, and no surprise that the person fixing your checkout has never opened WooCommerce in production.
A website maintenance service company in Bangladesh should do three boring things very well: take backups that actually restore, apply updates without breaking the front end, and respond within hours when something is wrong. I focus on those basics, plus practical extras like monthly speed checks, broken-link sweeps, content edits, and Google Search Console monitoring so problems get caught before customers do.
My pricing floor is 50,000 BDT for project work (new build, redesign, migration, recovery) and ongoing care plans sit on top of that, billed monthly with no long lock-in. If you just want one-off cleanup after another developer left a mess, that is fine too. Payment is 50% advance and 50% at completion, via bank transfer or bKash.
