Who writes your code
Website development in BD with one developer who owns the whole stack
I am RH Fardin. When you hire me for website development, you are hiring the person who actually does the development, not a company that quotes you and then farms the work out to whoever is free. I scope it, I build the front-end, I wire up the back-end, I configure the hosting and the domain, and I test it on real phones before it goes live. There is no project manager translating your request into a ticket and losing half of it on the way.
Around five years of building sites for businesses here has taught me where most 'website development' in Bangladesh quietly cuts corners. It is the part you cannot see in a screenshot: a contact form that silently fails and never emails you the lead, a checkout that breaks on Android, a site that scores fine on the developer's fast wifi but crawls on a customer's 4G in Sylhet. I develop for those failure points first, because that is where sales actually leak.
I keep my project list short on purpose. That is the real trade between a solo developer and an agency: you do not get a roomful of titles, you get one person who knows every line of your site and is genuinely on the hook for it. If I take your project, it gets proper attention and clean, maintainable code, not whatever a junior bolts together between an agency's bigger retainer jobs.
The money side is simple and fixed up front. Website development starts at 50,000 BDT, with tiers at 50,000, 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT, and fully custom builds from 3,00,000 BDT. You pay 50% to begin and 50% when the site goes live, and you approve the design before a single page is coded, so you never pay for something you have not already seen and agreed to.
