Why a Bangladesh website redesign quote varies so wildly
You probably already asked three people the website redesign price in Bangladesh and got back numbers between 12,000 BDT and 8,00,000 BDT for what sounded like the same job. That is not a coincidence. The 12,000 BDT quote is someone reskinning a free template in an afternoon. The 8,00,000 BDT quote is an agency that has to feed a PM, a junior designer, a developer, a QA person, and a sales lead from your project. Neither number is honest, because neither one is tied to your actual pages, your actual content, or what your visitors are coming to your site to do.
I am RH Fardin and I have been redesigning Bangladeshi business sites for around five years - mostly for owners who already have a website that loads slow on a Robi connection, looks broken on a Realme 7, and has not converted a single inquiry since the developer disappeared. When you ask me website redesign price in Bangladesh, the first thing I do is open your existing site on my phone, screenshot the worst parts, and send you a Loom telling you exactly what is going to change. Then I quote.
The pricing tiers are stable: 50,000 BDT for a focused 5-7 page rebuild on your current CMS, 90,000 BDT when we are also rewriting copy and reshaping the structure, 1,50,000 BDT for a 10-15 page redesign with new branding direction and proper SEO migration, and 3,00,000 BDT and up for custom redesigns where we are touching code, integrations, or a multi-language layout. Payment is always 50% advance and 50% on launch - no monthly retainers, no surprise change orders.
There is no agency overhead in any of those numbers because there is no agency. You write to me, I quote you, I design the mockups, I build the site, I push it live, I hand you the credentials. That is the whole org chart. It is the only honest way I have found to price a redesign in this market without either lying about the scope or padding the invoice to cover salaries that have nothing to do with your project.
