It depends on what you actually need. For most small and mid-sized Dhaka businesses, WordPress with a clean custom theme is the right answer. It's easy to update, has plenty of hosting options, and you can find local help if I'm unavailable. For sites that must be very fast or have unusual needs, I use Next.js or hand-coded HTML and CSS with a headless CMS. I don't push a stack to make my life easier. I match the tool to your situation.

After that, we handle design reviews and sign-off over Google Meet, WhatsApp, calls and shared Figma links. You can check every screen and ask every question without anyone stuck in traffic.
I test every site on at least three real Android devices before I call it done. That's usually a mid-range Symphony or Walton from the last two years. Your customers may buy from a 2 GB RAM phone on a slow connection in Dhanmondi. If so, the site has to load and work for them. That's the only test that matters in Bangladesh, and it's the one most developers skip.
