Agencies in Bangladesh typically subcontract the actual design and development to juniors while the senior person you met during sales disappears after the advance. When you hire me, the senior is the only person on the project. You save the agency markup and you get to talk directly to the person making decisions. That cannot happen because of the design-approval gate. I do not begin the development phase until you have explicitly approved the final Figma file in writing, on WhatsApp or email. That is the entire point of separating design approval from development kick-off. Revisions during the design phase are included; revisions to the live site after launch are billed hourly.
