That changes everything about how a responsive site should be built. Hero videos that autoplay are a data tax. Carousels that need swiping are usually ignored. Mega menus designed for hover do nothing on a touch screen. And forms with 12 fields stacked vertically? People give up at field five and message you on Facebook instead.
When I design a responsive website in Bangladesh, I make the hard choices the templates won't. The hero collapses to one short line, one image, one button — phone number or WhatsApp, whichever converts in your category.
