If you do not approve the direction at that stage, you do not pay the second 50%. I keep the 50% advance to cover discovery, design and early concepts. I would rather lose half the fee now and then than ship a site you secretly hate.
Yes. I set up your domain and hosting, and you own them in your own account. I do not hold your assets hostage like some agencies in Bangladesh do. I set up SSL and install Google Analytics and Search Console. I also wire in bKash, Nagad, card or cash on delivery wherever they apply. Maintenance is a separate, optional monthly plan once you are live. I don't push it as part of the build.
