About RH Fardin
"Responsive" is not a checkbox — it is the whole job
Open your current site on your own phone in Dhanmondi right now. If you have to pinch-zoom to read the address, if the hero image pushes the headline off the screen, if tapping "Contact" accidentally hits "Home" because the buttons are jammed together — that site is not responsive. It was designed on a 1440px laptop, exported, and handed over. Nobody ever turned it sideways or opened it on the 360px-wide screen that 80 percent of your visitors are using. In a market where almost everyone reaches you from a phone first, a site that only works on desktop is a site that does not work.
I am RH Fardin, a solo senior web designer based in Bangladesh. Across roughly five years I have built responsive sites for businesses up and down Dhanmondi — diagnostic centres near Road 27, restaurants off Satmasjid Road, boutiques in the lake-side blocks, coaching centres and small consultancies tucked into the residential roads. I personally handle the discovery call, the design, the front-end build, the device testing, the on-page SEO and the launch. There is no junior who quietly skips the mobile pass to hit a deadline.
Responsive design is where most builds cut corners because it is the invisible work — the client sees the desktop mockup and approves, and the phone layout gets whatever time is left over. I do it the other way around. I design the phone layout first, because that is where your Dhanmondi customer lands when they Google you from a rickshaw or a CNG, then scale up to tablet and desktop. Every breakpoint gets checked: portrait and landscape, small Android screens, iPhones, iPads, and the wide desktop. You see how it behaves on each before you approve.
My floor for this is 50,000 BDT, with tiers at 50,000, 90,000 and 1,50,000 depending on how many pages and features you need; fully custom builds start from 3,00,000. I take 50 percent advance and 50 percent on launch, and I will not chase you for the second half — it is due when you sign off on the live, tested-everywhere site. The design-approval guarantee covers the look on every screen size, not just the one in the proposal PDF.
