Most of the cheap responsive site offers floating around BD right now are a single Bootstrap template flipped from one client to the next - same hero, same three-column section, same wobbly hamburger menu that overlaps your logo on a Symphony phone. A cheap responsive site usually fails in BD for three boring reasons. One: the developer designed on desktop and only checked the phone at the end, so the hero image is 2MB and the menu hides the logo. Two: they used a heavy page builder like generic Elementor stacks loaded with unused widgets, so the site takes 8 seconds to render on a Robi connection and bounces visitors before the first paragraph paints.
