Most cheap responsive website design offers in BD right now are one Bootstrap template, passed from client to client. They have the same main banner and the same three-column section. They have the same wobbly menu button that covers your logo on a Symphony phone. They look fine in a Chrome window on a 15-inch laptop.
Then they fall apart the moment a real customer opens them. Picture a 360-pixel screen with one bar of network in Uttara or Bashundhara. That is where those templates break.

A cheap responsive site usually fails in BD for three boring reasons. First, the developer designed on desktop and only checked the phone at the end. So the main image is 2MB, and the menu hides the logo. Second, they used a heavy page builder, like a generic Elementor stack full of unused widgets.
