Google Ads, run by one person
Why a Rajshahi business should care who actually touches the account
Here's the trap most Rajshahi shops, clinics and coaching centres fall into: someone sells them a Google Ads 'package', sets up a single campaign with broad-match keywords, points it at the homepage, and lets it run. The money goes out daily. Clicks come in from Dhaka, India, even random English searches that have nothing to do with your business. Three months later the owner asks 'kichu hocche na keno?' and nobody can give a straight answer because nobody was watching. That's not a budget problem. That's nobody being accountable.
I do this differently because there is no 'team' to hand you off to. I'm RH Fardin - I plan the account structure, write the ads, pick the negative keywords, set the geo-targeting to actual Rajshahi areas, and check the search-term report myself every few days. When you message to ask why spend jumped on Tuesday, you're talking to the person who can see exactly why and fix it that hour. About five years of doing this has taught me that paid ads in Bangladesh live or die on the boring stuff - negatives, match types, landing-page match, call tracking - not on a fancy dashboard.
Rajshahi is its own market and I treat it that way. Buyers here are heavily mobile, they search in a mix of Bangla and English, and a huge share of conversions happen over a phone call or WhatsApp, not a web form. A clinic in Laxmipur, a coaching centre near Rajshahi University, a silk retailer in Sopura, an electronics shop on Saheb Bazar Road - each needs a different keyword logic and a different idea of what 'a result' even means. Copy-pasting a Dhaka campaign onto a Rajshahi business is how budgets get wasted.
I'm honest about who this is for. If you want the cheapest possible 'boost' and don't care what happens after, I'm not your person. If you want someone who treats your ad spend like it's coming out of his own pocket and will tell you straight when Google Ads is the wrong channel for you, that's the whole offer.
