The honest pricing conversation
Why most Bangladeshi business owners are confused about Google Ads pricing
Almost every quote you get for Google Ads in Bangladesh hides one of three things: the management fee, the ad spend, or what happens when the campaign underperforms. Some agencies quote "15,000 taka per month" and forget to mention that's just their fee on top of whatever Google takes. Others quote a single fat number and pocket the difference. After about five years running ads for BD businesses, I price Google Ads management one way: a flat monthly fee for my work, and your ad budget goes directly from your card to Google. No markup, no shuffling, no mystery.
On this page I'm RH Fardin, a solo website designer, developer and Google Ads specialist working from Bangladesh. I don't run a team in a back room. I personally write your ads, build your keyword lists, set up conversion tracking, monitor search terms weekly, and tell you when something isn't working. That's the whole reason the price is what it is, no junior is learning on your taka.
Google Ads pricing in Bangladesh has two halves you need to separate in your head: what you pay Google (the ad spend, billed in USD via your card) and what you pay me (the management fee, in BDT, via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer). Most of the confusion comes from quotes that smash these two together. When I quote you, you'll see both lines clearly.
And before anyone asks: yes, a Google Ads campaign without a proper landing page is mostly a waste of taka. That's why my website packages start at 50,000 BDT, with 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT tiers and custom builds from 3,00,000 BDT. If your existing site can't convert the clicks I send it, we'll talk about that honestly before we start spending.
