Almost every digital marketing expert in BD is selling you their team, not themselves. You take the sales call with a senior and sign a contract. Digital marketing in Bangladesh has a trust problem. To call yourself an 'expert', you only need one Facebook Blueprint badge, a polished Fiverr profile or a six-month agency internship. So try a quick test before you hire anyone, including me. Ask them to open their own Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager on a call. Ask them to walk you through a real campaign they run right now.
A real expert will do it in two minutes. A fake one will give you screenshots, dashboards or excuses. Ask which match types they use for Bangladeshi searches, and why. Ask their average CPC for your niche. They should be able to guess it from memory. Ask what they would NOT do with your budget. That answer tells you the most, because real experts have opinions about waste.

What is the minimum ad budget I need before paid ads make sense in BD?
For Meta Ads in most BD niches, less than 30,000 to 50,000 BDT a month in media spend is hard to optimise well. The platform needs enough events to learn. For Google Search Ads in competitive fields like real estate, ecommerce and education, realistic minimums are higher. I will tell you on the call whether your budget fits your niche. If not, you may be better off starting with SEO and organic.
How long until I see results from SEO vs paid ads?
Paid ads on Google and Meta bring traffic and leads within days of launch. The real question is whether they are profitable, and that takes 30 to 60 days to tune. SEO is slower. Expect 3 to 6 months for clear movement on commercial keywords in Bangladesh, and longer for very competitive ones. If you need leads next month, choose paid. If you want a long-term moat, choose SEO. Most clients run both.
Do you guarantee Google page-1 rankings or a fixed ROAS?
No, and you should walk away from anyone in Bangladesh who does. Rankings and ROAS depend on rival spend, your offer, your margins, your landing page and Google or Meta's own algorithms. No one fully controls those. What I guarantee is senior-level work, clear reporting and honest scope on the first call. Any web work I build for you also comes with a design-approval guarantee.
