Honest answer: I am a solo senior builder who runs this as a registered, full-time business. "Company" on this page does not pretend to be a 50-person office. It means I take responsibility for delivery the way a company would, with a contract, invoice, support and handover. If you need a large team for compliance reasons, I will tell you on the first call and refer you out. For most BD businesses, one senior person is faster and cleaner than ten juniors.
Small internal tools take 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Multi-role business apps at the 90,000 to 1,50,000 BDT tiers usually take 6 to 10 weeks. That depends on how fast you give feedback. Anything at 3,00,000 BDT or more is scoped per project. You get a phased timeline with milestones, not one hopeful launch date. The biggest cause of delay is almost always slow client feedback. So we agree on review times in the contract.
Everything in the agreed scope is included up to launch. There are no change-request bills for things we wrote in the proposal. After launch, small tweaks are part of a monthly maintenance retainer. That means things like a label, a button color or a new email template. New features or major modules get a separate quote and go into the same repo. You are not locked in to me. The code and logins are yours, so another developer can take over if needed.
Yes. I sign an NDA before the detailed scoping call if your business needs one. This is common for fintech-style tools, healthcare data, or anything that touches customer financial details. I also do not show your project in my portfolio without your written permission. For sensitive work, the whole build can run on your servers and your GitHub from day one. That way the code never lives anywhere I control.
Yes. Every custom app I build is responsive by default, so it works in a phone browser without a separate mobile app. Some staff use the system on the move, like delivery riders, field sales and warehouse teams. For them, this is usually enough and far cheaper than a native Android app. If you truly need a native or PWA mobile app, we scope it as a separate phase with its own budget. That is usually 1,50,000 BDT and up, based on features and platforms.
