Most builds land between 3,00,000 and 8,00,000 BDT. The final figure depends on the number of user roles, custom workflows and integrations. Payment is 50% advance and 50% on the live launch. My standard website tiers (50,000, 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT) are for sites with content and a contact form. They are not for apps that handle live payments.
A focused MVP with 2 to 3 user roles and bKash payment usually takes 8 to 12 weeks from advance to live launch. A larger multi-portal system runs 12 to 20 weeks. I give you a written timeline in the scope document, with milestone dates. They cover discovery sign-off, design approval, the alpha build, a beta with your team, and the live launch. You own everything. The source code goes into your GitHub or GitLab account. The server, domain and hosting are billed to you and registered in your name. I get deploy access for the length of the project and any maintenance retainer. If we ever part ways, nothing is locked behind my login. That is a firm rule on my side too, because I do not want to be the single point of failure for your business.

I write it all down in plain language, so any future developer can take over. Hosting is billed directly to you, so there is no markup and no dependence. But if you prefer not to think about it, I run the technical side as part of the maintenance retainer.
