Web Application Development Company BD

A web application development company in Bangladesh shouldn't mean a sales lead, a Trello board and three juniors you'll never meet.

I'm RH Fardin. I'm the company. I scope your dashboard, portal or internal tool, write the architecture doc, design the screens, build the backend and ship it on your domain. One operator, one inbox, one bill — and code you can hand to any other developer six months from now without an apology.

From 50,000 BDT starter web apps, 90,000 BDT for multi-user dashboards and 1,50,000 BDT for production portals — custom SaaS-style builds from 3,00,000 BDT. 50% advance, 50% on launch. bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.

About the operator

Why "web application development company BD" usually means a chain of WhatsApp handoffs

Most teams in Dhaka that call themselves a web application development company are a sales guy on Bashundhara Road, a project manager who joined last month, and two interns inheriting half-finished PHP. The "company" you signed with is a contact card; the actual build is whoever was free that week. That is exactly how a 1,50,000 BDT internal tool turns into nine months of "sir, kal complete hobe" and a database nobody can document.

I built this practice the opposite way. RH Fardin is one senior person — me — who has spent roughly five years writing real production web apps for Bangladeshi and overseas clients. When you hire me as your web application development company, the same brain that takes the first call writes the schema, picks the stack, designs the UI, ships the deploy and answers your email at 11pm when a payment webhook misbehaves. There is no handover, because there is nobody to hand it to.

I work in the stacks that survive in BD without expensive infra: Laravel or Node on the backend, MySQL or PostgreSQL, React or vanilla on the front, hosted on something honest like a DigitalOcean droplet or a managed VPS that your finance person can actually pay for in USD. I won't oversell you a microservice cluster for an attendance tracker, and I won't talk you out of a proper queue when your invoice generator needs one.

What you get on day one is a written scope — features, screens, user roles, integrations, what is and is not in version one — signed before any code is written. That document is the contract. Everything past it is a separate paid change request, agreed before I touch it. No mystery scope creep, no "sir, ektu add kore din" turning into free labour and a delayed launch.

What's included

What you actually get from a one-person web application development company

Six things you won't get from the sales-team-plus-juniors model that dominates the BD web app scene.

01

Senior code, day one

Your controllers, queries and auth flow are written by someone who has shipped this pattern before, not someone learning it on your project. No "sir, learn kortechi" billed at senior rates.

02

Real architecture doc

Before I write code I send you a short architecture note: stack, database, hosting, integrations, what's in v1, what's parked for v2. You can show it to any other dev for a sanity check.

03

BD payments built in

If your app charges customers, I wire bKash Merchant, Nagad or SSLCommerz cleanly with proper IPN handling — not a copied StackOverflow snippet that silently double-charges on retry.

04

Code you can leave with

Repo on your GitHub, env files documented, README that explains how to run it locally. If we ever part ways, the next developer has a working project in an afternoon — not a forensic investigation.

05

Honest hosting plan

I'll tell you whether you need a 600 BDT/month shared host, a 12 USD VPS, or AWS — and why. No upselling you to infrastructure your app will not touch for two years.

06

One inbox forever

You don't get bounced between BD office, project manager and "developer team". You email me, I reply. If I'm building, you know when. If something breaks at 10pm, you know exactly who's looking.

In focus

What actually drives the price of a web app in Bangladesh

Most BD clients ask "web application koto taka?" expecting a one-line answer, and most companies oblige with a one-line lie. The honest version: a web app's price is decided by user roles, integrations and data complexity, not by page count. A single-role attendance tracker with 4 screens and a CSV export is genuinely a 50,000–90,000 BDT job. The moment you add admin roles, approval workflows, bKash/Nagad payments, PDF invoice generation, role-based permissions and an Excel-style report builder, you are in 1,50,000 BDT territory — and that's still fair, because it's roughly four weeks of senior work, not four months of junior bumbling.

Custom SaaS-style builds — multi-tenant dashboards, subscription billing, real-time notifications, mobile-friendly admin, an audit log your accountant won't laugh at — start at 3,00,000 BDT because they need actual engineering: queues for slow jobs, a sensible cache layer, proper migration discipline, a staging environment, and tests for the bits that handle money. If a "web application development company" in BD quotes you 80,000 BDT for that, they are either subcontracting it to a fresh CSE graduate or planning to ship the first 30% and ghost. I'd rather you go elsewhere than be the next post on a Facebook group about a half-built portal.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Real questions BD founders, ops managers and agency owners ask before hiring a web app developer.

Web application development koto taka in Bangladesh?

Honest brackets: a simple internal tool or single-user dashboard starts at 50,000 BDT. A multi-user web app with roles, reports and a basic admin panel sits at 90,000–1,50,000 BDT. Production-grade portals or SaaS-style apps with payments, multi-tenant access and proper queues start at 3,00,000 BDT. I quote in writing only after a 20–30 minute scoping call, so the number reflects your actual features — not a brochure rate.

Are you a registered company or a freelancer?

I operate as a solo senior developer under the RH Fardin brand — sole proprietor, BD bank account, USD-capable for overseas clients. For most local SMEs and agencies that has been an upgrade over working with a "company" where the actual builder is anonymous. If your procurement absolutely requires a Pvt Ltd, I'll tell you upfront and refer you to a partner shop — I won't pretend to be something I'm not.

What stacks do you use, and can I host it on my own server?

Laravel or Node.js on the backend, MySQL or PostgreSQL for data, React or HTMX-style server-rendered front ends depending on the use case. Everything lands in your GitHub or GitLab and deploys to your DigitalOcean, Hostinger VPS, Contabo or AWS account. You own the infra and the credentials — I'm a contractor on your project, not a landlord.

Can you integrate bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz inside the web app?

Yes, that's most of what local SaaS, course platforms and B2B portals need in Bangladesh. I wire bKash Merchant API, Nagad and SSLCommerz with proper webhook handling, retry logic and an admin view of every transaction. I do not copy-paste payment code from random gists — that's how you end up double-charging customers and refunding by hand on WhatsApp.

How long does a real web app take, start to finish?

A 50,000–90,000 BDT internal tool: 2–3 weeks. A 1,50,000 BDT multi-role portal: 4–6 weeks. A 3,00,000 BDT+ custom SaaS: 8–12 weeks for v1, then iterations. I work sequentially on one client at a time during the build phase, so the slot you book is the slot you get — not "sir queue e ache." Timeline is in writing in the scope doc.

What if I already have a half-built web app from another company?

Common situation in BD — someone took an advance, shipped 40% and disappeared. I'll do a paid 2–3 hour code audit (charged against the project if you go ahead) and tell you whether it's salvageable or whether rebuilding will actually be cheaper. Sometimes the existing code is fine and just needs finishing. Sometimes it's a 200,000 BDT lesson and we start clean. Either way you get a straight answer in writing, not flattery.
