Corporate Website Design Service BD

A corporate website design service in BD where the person who scopes it is the person who builds it.

Most corporate firms in Bangladesh don't get burned by a bad idea. They get burned by the handover, the brief gets sold by one person, designed by a second, coded by a third, and the site that ships is nobody's responsibility. My corporate website design service removes that gap. I take the brief, design it, build it, and launch it myself, so there's one person who understands your company and one person accountable when something needs to change.

~5 years of corporate builds in Bangladesh. Fixed tiers from 50,000 BDT. 50% to start, 50% on launch. You sign off on the design before code begins, in writing.

How the service runs

A service, not a download. You get a process and a person, not a template.

I'm RH Fardin. The corporate website design service I run is deliberately small: one senior operator handling the whole engagement, from the first scoping call to the day your site is live and you have the keys. There's a reason I keep it this way. Corporate work in Bangladesh fails most often at the seams, between the salesperson who promised something, the designer who never read the brief, and the developer who shipped whatever was easiest. With me there are no seams. The conversation you have about your company is the same conversation that ends up on the page.

The service is structured so you always know where you stand. We start by mapping what your site actually has to do, impress a foreign principal, satisfy a bank's due diligence, hold up to a tender committee, or just stop embarrassing you in front of clients. From that I give you a fixed scope and a fixed price, not a range that quietly grows. Then I design. You see and approve the full design before I write a line of code, and that approval is the design-approval guarantee: if the agreed design isn't what gets built, that's on me, not you.

Payment is built around the same fairness. Fifty percent advance to begin, fifty percent on launch, and you've already approved exactly what you're paying for before that second payment is due. bKash and Nagad both work for the advance if that's easiest, though most corporate clients prefer a bank transfer for clean records and a proper receipt. There are no surprise line items halfway through, because the scope was fixed before we started.

Around five years of doing this in Bangladesh has taught me the boring realities that decide whether a corporate site actually performs: your decision-maker is usually reading it forwarded as a link on a mid-range Android, half your audience wants Bangla and half wants English, and the procurement officer judging you has thirty seconds and a low tolerance for a slow page. A real corporate website design service in BD has to account for all of that, not just hand you a pretty desktop mockup and disappear.

What's included

What you're actually buying when you hire this service

Not a feature checklist, the concrete things a Bangladeshi company gets from a corporate website design service run by one accountable senior operator.

01

One owner, start to finish

The person who hears your brief is the person who designs and codes it. No relay race between a sales rep, a junior designer, and a contractor who never spoke to you.

02

Fixed scope, fixed price

We agree exactly what the site includes before work starts, then I quote one number. No 'that's extra' surprises arriving with the second invoice.

03

Sign-off before code

You approve the full design in writing before I build anything. The design-approval guarantee means what you signed off is what gets shipped, or I make it right.

04

Built to pass review

Company profile, leadership, divisions, certifications, and downloadable documents placed where a bank, a foreign partner, or a tender committee expects to find them.

05

Clean handover, full ownership

Your domain, hosting, admin login, and files end up in your name. The service ends with you holding every key, never with me holding your site hostage.

06

Direct line to the builder

When you need a fix or an update, you message the person who built it, not a ticket queue. Decisions that take agencies a week happen in a reply.

In focus

How a corporate engagement actually moves, step by step

People ask what a 'service' buys them over just commissioning a site once, and the honest answer is predictability. Here's how a corporate build runs with me. First, a scoping conversation, not a sales pitch, where we work out who your site has to convince and what it must contain to convince them: a credible company profile, a leadership or board section, your divisions or product lines laid out clearly, certifications, a company-profile PDF or catalogue, and a contact path a busy decision-maker can use in two taps.

Out of that comes a written scope and a fixed price from one of the tiers, 50,000, 90,000, or 1,50,000 BDT, with larger group-of-companies or heavily custom builds starting from 3,00,000 BDT. You pay 50% and we begin.

Then the part that protects you: I design the whole site and you approve it before a single line of code exists. That sign-off is the spine of the service, it's what lets me promise that the finished site matches what you agreed, and it's why corporate clients who've been burned by 'we'll figure out the design as we build' tend to relax once they see it.

After approval I build it myself, light enough to load fast on the cheap Android phones most of your audience uses, structured in both Bangla and English where you need both, and easy enough for your own team to update so you're not calling a developer for every press release. On launch you pay the remaining 50% and I hand over every credential, your domain, your hosting, your admin access, in your name.

The relationship doesn't trap you; it ends with you owning everything, and with a direct line to me when the company grows and the site needs to grow with it.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Direct answers to what corporate clients in Bangladesh ask before committing to the service.

Corporate website design service-er jonno koto taka lage?

The service runs on fixed tiers, 50,000, 90,000, and 1,50,000 BDT, depending on how many sections you need, whether the site is bilingual, whether you need document libraries, and how much custom design is involved. Group-of-companies and heavily custom corporate builds start from 3,00,000 BDT. I quote one fixed number after the scoping call, so the price doesn't drift. Terms are 50% advance to begin and 50% on launch, and you've approved the design before that second payment.

What exactly does the service include from start to finish?

A scoping conversation to define what your site must do and contain, a fixed written scope and price, full design that you approve before any code, the build itself, bilingual setup where you need it, speed optimisation for mobile, and a clean handover of your domain, hosting, and admin access in your name. From the first call to launch, it's one person, me, doing all of it. You're never passed to a junior or an account manager.

Why hire one person instead of an agency for a corporate site?

Because corporate sites usually break at the handoffs. In an agency, one person sells the project, another designs it, a third codes it, and the brief gets diluted at every step. Running the service solo means the person who understood your company is the person who built the site, and the one accountable when it needs to change. You also reach the builder directly instead of waiting on a ticket queue, which makes updates far faster after launch.

We already have a corporate website. Can the service rebuild it?

Yes, and a large share of corporate work in Bangladesh is exactly that, a rebuild of a tired site that no longer matches the size of the company. I keep what's still working, your content, your domain, any rankings worth protecting, and rebuild the design, structure, and speed around it. The old site stays live until the new one is ready, so you're never offline during the switch.

What does the design-approval guarantee actually protect?

It protects you from paying for something you never agreed to. Before I write any code, you see and sign off on the complete design. The finished, built site has to match that approved design, that's the guarantee. If it doesn't, fixing it is on me, not an extra charge to you. It's the single biggest reason corporate clients who've been burned before are willing to start.

How do payments work, and do you accept bKash or Nagad?

The structure is 50% advance to start the service and 50% on launch. bKash and Nagad both work, and so does a regular bank transfer, which most corporate clients prefer for clean records and a proper receipt. Because the scope is fixed before we begin and you approve the design before the second payment, there are no surprise add-ons appearing on the final invoice.
