Cheap ecommerce website design Rajshahi
When you search "cheap," you've usually just seen the 8,000-taka offer. Here's why it's a trap, and what cheap-but-real costs.
If you typed cheap ecommerce website design in Rajshahi into Google, I can guess what happened first. Someone in a Facebook group quoted you 8,000 or 12,000 taka, promised a full online store in three days, and your gut said it was too good to be true. It is. At that number you are almost always handed a nulled (pirated) WooCommerce theme on hosting that person controls, with their bKash number quietly wired into the checkout so the first orders land in their account, not yours.
It looks like a shop for about a month. Then a plugin breaks, the developer stops replying, and during the next Eid or Pohela Boishakh rush your store is down with no one to call. That is not cheap. That is paying twice.
I am RH Fardin, a website designer and developer based in Bangladesh, around five years in, working alone on purpose. The Rajshahi sellers who come to me asking for cheap are not being unreasonable — they are running a real shop. Three-piece and silk sets sold over Messenger, dry-mango and aamsotto in season, honey from the Barind, exam guides and books for the Rajshahi University and Ruet crowd, electronics moved out of Saheb Bazar. They do not want to overspend on a website before the orders justify it. Fair.
So my job on the first call is to tell you the difference between a price that is low because the work is lean, and a price that is low because the work is fake.
Cheap-but-real starts at 50,000 BDT. That is my floor, and below it I will not pretend, because below it I cannot hand you something you own. For 50,000 BDT you get a clean, mobile-first store, a working product catalogue I load for you, a bKash and Nagad payment flow that confirms against the order ID, cash-on-delivery as the default with delivery zones for inside-Rajshahi, outside-Rajshahi and Dhaka buyers, courier handoff to Sundarban, SA Paribahan or Steadfast, and the SEO basics in at launch.
Hosting, domain and admin are registered in your name and handed to you. If your stock or features grow, the ladder is 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT, and a fully custom build is from 3,00,000 BDT — but most first stores in Rajshahi belong squarely at 50,000.
The reason I can hold a low price honestly is the same reason the 8,000-taka shops cannot hold theirs honestly: I have removed a layer, they have removed the substance. There is no Dhaka office in your invoice, no account manager, no junior practising on your build. You deal with the one person designing the homepage and writing the checkout. Terms are 50% advance and 50% on launch, and you formally approve the design before that final payment — the design-approval guarantee. And if 50,000 BDT genuinely is not in your budget yet, I will tell you to stay on your Facebook page and bKash and save up a few more months. That is sequencing, not a softer sell.
