About this work
Built for Uttara shop owners who are tired of the Facebook DM grind
If your shop sits in Sector 7, near Jashimuddin Avenue, House Building Road, or one of the Uttara market complexes, you already know the pattern. A customer messages your Facebook page at 11pm asking the price. You reply. They go quiet. The next morning they ask if you deliver to Mohakhali. You answer. They disappear again. That cycle eats your evening and produces maybe two sales a week. An ecommerce website kills the cycle — the price, sizes, colors, delivery fee and bKash payment are all on the page, and the buyer either checks out or they don't.
I am RH Fardin, a website designer and developer based in Bangladesh, and I have spent the last five years building ecommerce stores for shop owners across Dhaka — including small-batch brands operating out of Uttara apartments, boutique fashion sellers in the sector markets, and electronics resellers near House Building. I personally do the design, the development, the bKash and Nagad payment integration, the courier API setup, and the staff training. Nothing gets handed to a junior because there is no junior. You talk to the person actually building your store.
The Uttara buyer profile is specific. They are mostly mobile users on Facebook and Instagram, often with a Robi or Grameenphone connection, and they have learned to be skeptical because half the Facebook 'shops' they have bought from never delivered. Your store has to load fast on a mid-range Android phone, show real product photos taken with proper lighting (not blurry phone shots), display delivery charges before checkout, and offer cash on delivery alongside bKash for buyers who still do not trust online payment. I build for that buyer — not for a Western desktop audience that does not exist here.
Pricing is straightforward and posted on the homepage so you do not have to chase me for it. Standard ecommerce stores start at 50,000 BDT with a working catalog, bKash and Nagad payment, courier integration, and admin training. The 90,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT tiers add more product variants, custom design work, blog or content sections, and SEO setup. Fully custom builds with bespoke features start at 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance to start, 50% on launch — and you approve the design before development begins.
