Shopify Store Development Price in Rajshahi

A straight Shopify price for a Rajshahi brand — quoted in taka, with the dollar bill and the app costs spelled out, not buried.

Ask three people for a Shopify store development price in Rajshahi and you get three wildly different numbers — because most of them are quoting different things, and at least one is hiding the part that actually costs you every month. This page lays out my build price in plain BDT, what each tier ships with, and the real all-in math a Rajshahi merchant needs before they decide. Floor is 50,000 BDT, 50% advance and 50% on launch, and the design you approve is the store that goes live.

~5 years senior work, one operator end to end. Fixed BDT tiers from 50,000 BDT, design-approval guarantee, and no markup hidden in the Shopify subscription or app bills.

Why a Rajshahi merchant gets a confusing Shopify quote — and how to read past it

Here is what actually happens when a Rajshahi brand starts asking around for a Shopify store development price. One person quotes 15,000 taka, picks a free theme, swaps your logo in and disappears. Another quotes 2,00,000 and calls it "premium" without explaining a single line of it. A Dhaka agency quotes one number on a call and a bigger one in the invoice once "app subscriptions" and "extra pages" show up.

None of these are really comparable, because a Shopify quote isn't one bill — it's three bills wearing one price tag: the development fee you pay the builder, Shopify's own monthly plan billed in US dollars, and the app stack you pay third parties for every month. Until those are pulled apart, "shopify store development price in rajshahi" is a meaningless number, and that confusion is exactly what the lowball and the padded quote both rely on.

So let me pull them apart on this page. The development price you see — starting at 50,000 BDT — is what you pay me to design, build, configure and launch your Shopify store, once, in taka. Shopify's own plan (Basic, currently around USD 25/month, billed directly to your card by Shopify) is separate, predictable, and yours to control. Paid apps, if you genuinely need any, are separate too — and I'll tell you the monthly cost of each one in writing before it's installed.

I don't mark up the dollar bill, I don't pad the app list to inflate the build, and I don't quote you a build price that quietly assumes you'll pay me a retainer forever. The number on the contract is the number on the invoice.

I'm RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer based in Bangladesh, with around five years building the kind of small-to-mid Shopify stores Rajshahi sellers actually run — silk and saree houses, campus-market clothing labels around RU and RUET, seasonal mango and food producers, local service brands going online for the first time. I do every part of the work myself: discovery, theme architecture, Liquid customization, app selection, bKash/Nagad/COD setup, courier-ready order flow, and the launch QA on a real phone.

You talk to the person moving your pixels. There's no project manager turning your brief into a ticket for someone in another office, and no junior treating your store as their training project — which is also the structural reason my price holds where it does.

Every Shopify project I take in Rajshahi runs on the same terms, at every tier: 50% advance to start, 50% on launch, and a design-approval guarantee. You sign off the look on screen before I touch product imports, checkout setup or a single line of Liquid — and if the direction isn't right, we keep iterating until it is, with no surprise revision charges bolted onto the final invoice. I take a small number of projects so each one gets real senior attention. That focus is what keeps the work honest and the quote in plain BDT, not a stack of asterisks.

What's included

What's actually inside the Shopify price — at every tier

Six things every Shopify quote I give a Rajshahi brand includes by default — at the 50,000 BDT floor as much as the top tier. These are the line items the cheap quote skips and the padded quote charges extra for.

01

Fixed BDT Price

You see the full build price in taka before we start — 50,000, 90,000 or 1,50,000 BDT — not a US-dollar estimate that drifts with the exchange rate. Whatever changes the scope, I quote the uplift in taka first. The contract number is the invoice number.

02

The Dollar Bill, Explained

Shopify's monthly plan is billed in US dollars, and that wrecks every "koto taka" sum a Rajshahi merchant tries to do. On the first call I show you the real first-year all-in — my one-time fee plus Shopify's recurring dollar cost — so there's no shock when the card statement lands.

03

bKash & Nagad In

Shopify won't do bKash or Nagad on its own — that integration is real work, not a checkbox, and it's included, not an add-on. I wire them through the right Bangladesh-supported payment app, label everything bilingually, and place cash-on-delivery where a Rajshahi buyer trusts it.

04

No Padded App Stack

The fastest way to inflate a Shopify quote is to load it with fifteen paid apps. Most Rajshahi stores need three or four free or low-cost ones, full stop. I tell you each app's monthly cost in writing before installing — so the quote isn't quietly buying you a recurring bill.

05

Ships Out Of Rajshahi

Your orders go to Dhaka, Sylhet and abroad, not across Saheb Bazar. Every tier ships with address fields split by division, district and thana so a parcel leaving Rajshahi is courier-ready for a scheduled pickup — not retyped into a courier portal by hand.

06

You Own The Account

I set the Shopify account up in your name, not mine, so you own the store, the domain and the data outright. No reseller lock-in, no "managed account" that holds your shop hostage if you ever want to walk. The price buys you an asset, not a dependency.

In focus

Shopify store development price in Rajshahi — the three tiers, and the real all-in math

The 50,000 BDT Starter tier is for a Rajshahi brand launching its first focused store — a single silk or clothing line, a seasonal food product, a campus label testing demand. You get a heavily customized premium theme, up to around 30 products imported and properly categorized, bKash and Nagad plus cash-on-delivery wired in, courier-ready nationwide address fields, basic SEO on product and collection pages, and the core policy pages.

The 90,000 BDT Growth tier adds what most Rajshahi stores outgrow Starter into within a few months — courier API integration (Pathao, Steadfast or RedX), abandoned-cart recovery, custom collection filters built for how silk and saree buyers actually browse, product reviews, and a basic loyalty or referral mechanism. The 1,50,000 BDT Pro tier is for serious operators: custom Liquid sections built to your exact merchandising logic, multi-location stock if you run a Rajshahi showroom plus a warehouse, B2B or wholesale pricing, and conversion-tuned checkout work.

For genuinely custom Shopify builds — bespoke sections throughout, complex automations, ERP or POS integration — projects start from 3,00,000 BDT and are scoped individually after a discovery call.

Now the part the lowball quote never mentions: the build fee is not the whole cost, and that matters more for a Rajshahi seller than a Dhaka one, because there's no local-currency platform fee to hide behind.

Shopify charges its plan in US dollars every month whether you sell or not — so before you compare my 50,000 BDT against someone's 15,000, ask whether 15,000 buys a store that earns back that monthly dollar bill, or just a template that quietly adds a foreign-currency cost to a brand still doing a dozen orders a week.

Sometimes the honest answer is that Shopify is the wrong tool for where you are today, and I'll say so on the first call rather than sell you a subscription you don't need. But when a Rajshahi brand genuinely wants to grow past Facebook DMs — to reach the Dhaka and overseas-occasion buyer, to survive a mango-season spike and then sit quiet — the right Shopify build earns its 50,000 BDT, and its dollar bill, in the first quarter. The cheap one rarely earns either.

That's the math the price tag alone hides, and it's the math I'll walk you through before you pay a taka.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Straight answers for Rajshahi merchants pricing a Shopify store — in BDT, with the dollar and app costs included, no fluff.

Shopify store development er price Rajshahi-te koto taka theke shuru?

My Shopify store development price in Rajshahi starts at 50,000 BDT for the Starter tier — a heavily customized premium theme, up to around 30 products, bKash and Nagad plus cash-on-delivery, courier-ready nationwide address fields, and an admin your team can run. The Growth tier is 90,000 BDT and Pro is 1,50,000 BDT. A fully custom Shopify build starts from 3,00,000 BDT. Terms are 50% advance and 50% on launch. One thing to know up front: Shopify's own monthly plan is billed separately in US dollars — I'll explain that cost plainly so the 'koto taka' answer is complete, not just the build fee.

Why is your Shopify price higher than the 15,000 taka quote I got in Rajshahi?

Because they're quoting a different thing. A 15,000 taka quote usually means a free theme with your logo dropped in and no real bKash/Nagad work, no courier-ready order flow, and no one around after launch — on a platform that still charges you in US dollars every month. My 50,000 BDT floor is a store actually built to earn that recurring dollar bill back: real payment integration, mobile-first speed on Rajshahi 4G, and an order panel built for shipping out of the city.

The cheaper number isn't a smaller version of the same store — it's a different, often disposable one. I'll tell you honestly when a leaner option fits you better, but I won't pretend 15,000 buys this.

Is Shopify's monthly subscription included in your Rajshahi price, or extra?

Extra — and any builder who folds it into a single number is hiding markup. Shopify Basic is currently around USD 25/month, billed directly to your card by Shopify, not by me. My fee is the one-time development cost in BDT to design, build, configure and launch the store. I set the Shopify account up in your name during onboarding so you own it outright, and on the first call I show you the real first-year all-in — my build fee plus Shopify's dollar cost — so nothing surprises you on the statement later.

Can I pay in installments, or do you need the full Shopify build cost upfront?

Standard terms across every tier are 50% advance to start and 50% on launch — never the full amount upfront. The advance covers design, theme customization and product import; the balance is due once the store is live, tested on a real phone, and you've approved the bKash, Nagad and COD checkout flows. The advance can come via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, whatever's easiest for you.

What moves my Shopify quote up or down from the base tier price?

Three things. Product count — past roughly 100 SKUs the bulk-import and categorization work grows. Custom Liquid sections beyond the theme defaults — bespoke merchandising layouts add scope. And integrations — courier API, ERP or POS sync, a custom CRM webhook each add real work. I quote the exact uplift in BDT before we start, never as a surprise after. The base tier price buys the base scope; anything beyond it is priced in writing first.

I run a campus brand near RU or RUET — is Shopify worth the price for my volume?

Depends where you are, and I'll say so plainly rather than just take the project. If you're doing a handful of orders a week through Facebook comments and bKash, paying a monthly US-dollar subscription on top of a build fee may not be worth it yet — a leaner store could serve you better. But if your brand is genuinely growing, with repeat buyers, a real collection and ad spend behind it, Shopify's checkout, apps and stock control hold up as volume climbs, and the 50,000 BDT tier is a fair entry. I'd rather start you on the tier that fits today than sell you machinery you won't use for a year.
