Got a logo, good food photos from a Rajshahi photographer and your menu in Excel? We move fast. If I write the about page, set up the menu, find icons and direct a photo shoot, time and price climb.
Beyond the line items, you are really paying for judgement. A senior solo developer with about five years of Bangladeshi sites will say no to some features. They look great in a Dhaka pitch deck but quietly hurt a Rajshahi cafe. Big hero videos eat your customer's mobile data. Booking widgets from overseas SaaS tools do not take bKash and bill you in dollars every month. Newsletter pop-ups target an audience that lives on Facebook Messenger.

Yes, with two flows depending on tier. In the standard flow, the customer books a table and sees your bKash or Nagad number with the exact deposit amount. It can be merchant or personal. They pay and upload the transaction ID, and you confirm it in a queue. The premium custom build starts at 3,00,000 BDT. It links a payment gateway directly and checks payments on its own. The booking is only marked confirmed when the bKash payment clears.
Facebook is rented ground. Your menu is buried under reels, comments and the algorithm of the day. A new customer who Googles 'best cafe in Rajshahi' or 'cafe near Rajshahi University' does not land on your Facebook page first. They land on a website, a Google Maps listing or a Foodpanda card.
