Who builds it
Built by the person who actually does the work
Most cafe owners I talk to don't need a website because they want one. They need it because every new customer first checks Google or Instagram, lands on a blurry photo and a phone number that may or may not work, and quietly picks the cafe down the road that has its act together. That gap - between a packed weekend and a slow Tuesday - is often just discoverability. A clean, fast site fixes more of that than people expect.
I'm RH Fardin. I design and develop every site myself - no agency layers, no junior handing your project to someone cheaper. When you message me about your cafe, you're talking to the person who will choose the fonts, write the code, set up the menu, and be there when something needs changing six months later. For a small food business, that single point of contact matters more than a logo on a fancy proposal.
Over roughly five years I've learned that cafe websites fail for boring reasons: the menu is a downloaded PDF nobody opens on mobile, the address isn't linked to Google Maps, photos take ten seconds to load on 4G, and there's no clear way to book a table or ask about that birthday booking. I build around those exact failure points, because that's where your customers actually drop off.
Pricing is honest and fixed. Most cafe sites land in the 50,000 to 1,50,000 BDT range depending on how much you need - a simple menu-and-location site, or a full site with online reservations, gallery, events, and blog. Fully custom builds start at 3,00,000 BDT. You pay 50% to start and 50% when it goes live, and nothing gets built until you've signed off on the design.
