About the developer behind it
Why solo development beats handing your Dhaka cafe to an agency
Most cafe owners in Dhaka don't need a 12-page marketing site. They need a phone-friendly menu that loads on a 4G connection in Banani traffic, a 'Reserve a Table' button that actually emails the manager, and a Google Maps link that drops the pin on the right side of the road in Dhanmondi 27. Agencies in Dhaka tend to over-engineer the first part and forget the second. That gap is what I build into.
I'm RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer based in Bangladesh with around five years of building for restaurants, cafes, salons and local shops. Every cafe website I ship in Dhaka I personally design, code, and launch — no junior pushing your menu into a recycled WordPress theme, no project manager who has never sat in a cafe at 7pm on a Friday wondering why no one is walking in.
What that means in practice: you talk to the person writing the code. When you say 'the Bangla menu items are breaking on iPhone', I am the one fixing it that evening. When you call to add a new espresso blend or a Ramadan iftar package, I make the change — not a ticket queue in another office. For most cafes in Dhaka, that direct line is the difference between a website that grows with the business and one that quietly rots six months after launch.
I work transparently on price: 50,000 BDT is the floor, the three production tiers are 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT, and fully custom builds start at 3,00,000 BDT. Terms are 50% advance and 50% on launch, with a design-approval guarantee — you sign off on the visual design before development starts, so there are no surprises at handover.
