What you're really buying when you hire a website design agency in Rajshahi
An agency sells you process and a team. On a Rajshahi-price site, the team thins to one junior and the process becomes an invoice.
When a Rajshahi owner looks for a website design agency in Rajshahi, the word "agency" does a job in their head. It means not a gamble and not a lone student who vanishes. It means a real outfit with a process, a few people who cover for each other, and someone senior checking quality. It means a number you can still call in six months. That instinct is sound.
The problem is the maths under a 50,000 to 1,50,000 taka project. An agency pays for a team, an office near Upashahar or Shaheb Bazar, and an account manager. So it spreads those people across many clients and guards its margin on each. On a Bangladesh-price site, the maths only works one way. They win you with the senior person on the pitch. Then they hand the build to whichever junior is free that week. You paid for the org chart and got its cheapest seat.
I run the opposite model on purpose. There's no bench to keep busy and no margin to guard by cheapening your build. So the senior person stays on the real work, even on a 50,000 taka job. I'm RH Fardin, one solo senior designer. I have about five years of building sites for the businesses Rajshahi runs on. That includes silk and clothing houses around Sopura, BSCIC and New Market that need to look as fine online as their fabric does on the shelf.
It includes mango and agro traders who are flat out for a few weeks and quiet the rest of the year. It includes coaching centres and admission-prep institutes that serve Rajshahi University, RUET and the medical college. It includes clinics and diagnostic chambers around Laxmipur and the Medical area. It also includes the NGO and development offices that cluster in a divisional headquarters like this one.
The person who reads your first WhatsApp message does all the work. I map the pages and design every screen in Figma. I write the front-end code, set up the on-page SEO, run the speed pass and ship it. No "we'll assign someone." No account manager passing your brief badly to a developer who never heard your voice.
Here's the honest point, because "agency vs freelancer" is the wrong fight. What you wanted from an agency was a process: discovery, a real design step, sign-off, testing and a clean launch. You also wanted someone still reachable after the second invoice clears. Those are good things to want. But a process doesn't need a layer of people between you and the work. It needs someone senior who refuses to skip steps.
I run a tight one. First comes a proper discovery call to learn what your buyer does before I touch a page. Then a full design in Figma that you approve in writing, and in-scope changes until it's right. I test speed and mobile on real devices. You launch with your domain, hosting and files in your own name. That is more process than most Rajshahi 'agencies' deliver on a small site. It's just run by one person you can hold to account.
Pricing is fixed and plain, with no agency markup and no "package" theatre. 50,000 BDT buys a focused site with who you are, what you do, real photos and a contact line that reaches you. 90,000 BDT adds more pages, product or service sections, a gallery, booking or lead capture. 1,50,000 BDT gets a deep site, often in Bangla and English. Custom builds start from 3,00,000 BDT. You pay 50% advance and 50% on launch, and approve the design first. No monthly "maintenance" fee is bolted on for nothing.
