A Gulshan boutique with thirty professional product photos ready in Drive is a different project from a new consultancy that does not yet have a logo.
The single biggest cost-driver I see in Gulshan briefs is unstated complexity: "just a small site" that turns out to need member logins, an events module, a downloadable brochure system, and a CRM hook to HubSpot. None of that is unreasonable, but none of it is in the 50,000 BDT tier. So the price conversation I run is the opposite of most: I will spend the first call narrowing your scope, not expanding it, until we are at the smallest version of the site that actually does the job.

That is exactly why I run a written design-approval step before any code is written. If the design we signed off on is not what shows up in the browser, that is on me to fix, not on you to pay more for. If something genuinely new comes up mid-build, I quote it as a separate small change order — never a surprise on the final invoice.
Those are real recurring costs that go to third parties (domain registrar, hosting company), so I keep them separate from my design fee.
