Who you actually work with
A business website design company in Bangladesh built on one accountable person
When a Bangladeshi MD or owner searches for a business website design company in Bangladesh, they expect a team. What they often get is a sales executive who promises everything, a designer they never meet, and a final site that looks suspiciously like ten other firms in their industry. I have rebuilt enough of those sites in the last five years to know exactly why they fail: the people selling the site never had to live with it.
I run things as a one-person company on purpose. My name is RH Fardin. The same person who replies to your first WhatsApp message is the one who writes your wireframes, picks your fonts, sets up your hosting, and answers when something breaks six months later. There is no "team lead" to hide behind, and there is no junior pasting Lorem Ipsum into a theme at 2am.
My buyers are usually company owners, MDs, directors and marketing heads of trading firms, manufacturers, B2B service providers, law firms, consultancies, schools, clinics and SaaS startups across Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet and beyond. Every project starts the same way: a 30-minute call in Bangla or English where I ask harder questions than most agencies do in their entire process. What does a serious buyer need to see in the first eight seconds to take you seriously? What does your competitor's site do better than yours? What part of your offer is hardest to explain on a phone?
I will not pitch you a "package" before I understand any of that. If your project genuinely needs an agency with 15 people, I will say so. If it does not, you will get a clean, fast, conversion-focused business website for a sensible BDT price, designed and shipped by the same human from start to finish.
