About RH Fardin

The Person Who Will Actually Build Your CMS

Most "dynamic websites" sold in Bangladesh are not dynamic. They are static HTML with a contact form, and every time you want to add a new product, blog post, or team member, you have to message the developer on WhatsApp and wait three days. That is the trap I built my service to fix - a proper admin panel where you log in, click "Add Product" or "New Post", upload an image, write the description in Bangla or English, and hit publish. Done. No developer in the loop.

I am RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer based in Bangladesh. For about five years I have been building dynamic, database-driven sites for BD businesses - product catalogues, news/blog sites, portfolios, directory listings, membership areas, internal dashboards. I personally do the wireframe, the design in Figma, the front-end, the back-end logic, the CMS configuration, the deployment, and the handover training. There is no agency tier, no junior writing your queries at midnight, no project manager forwarding your messages.

Why solo matters for a dynamic site: the person who designed your admin panel is the person who knows why a field exists, why a relationship is structured that way, and how to extend it cleanly six months from now. With most BD agencies, the developer who built it has left the company by the time you call for an update, and the new person has to re-learn your codebase on your dime. With me, the codebase has one author.

I work transparently. Pricing starts at 50,000 BDT and is published on the site. Payment is 50% advance, 50% on launch - bKash, Nagad, or bank. You get a design-approval gate before any code is written, so you are never surprised by the final look. If the design does not match what we agreed in Figma, you do not pay the second instalment.

Why Choose Me as Your Dynamic Website Company

Six concrete reasons BD businesses pick a solo senior over a 20-person agency for dynamic, CMS-driven projects.

01

Real Admin Panel

You get a proper login-protected dashboard - add, edit, delete products/posts/pages without touching code. Bangla input works out of the box, image uploads resize automatically.

02

Database-Driven, Not Hardcoded

Categories, tags, custom fields, relationships - all stored in a relational database so the same content can power your homepage, listings, and search without duplication.

03

Bangla + English CMS

Type Avro/Bijoy directly into the editor. UTF-8 throughout. Slugs, meta titles, and Open Graph fields all support Bangla characters without breaking on Facebook or Google.

04

One Senior, Start to Finish

Same person designs the UX, writes the back-end logic, and trains your team after launch. No "that team handles this, contact them" runaround.

05

Roles and Permissions

Editor, Author, Admin roles built in. Give your intern post-creation access without exposing the database or your bKash settings.

06

Built to Be Extended

Modular structure means adding a new content type later (events, services, vacancies) is a few hours of work - not a full rebuild quoted at agency rates.

What "Dynamic" Should Mean in 2026 (and What BD Vendors Often Deliver Instead)

When a BD shop quotes you 25,000 BDT for a "dynamic website," check what you are actually getting. In most cases it is a WordPress install with a free theme, a default admin panel you were never taught to use, and no custom post types - which means your "News" section and your "Projects" section are both just blog posts with a category tag. That is not dynamic in any meaningful sense; it is a blog with two filters.

A real dynamic site has content types modelled around your business: Products have SKUs, stock counts, variants, and gallery images; Projects have client names, dates, technologies, and case study sections; Team Members have designations, social links, and bios in two languages. Each type has its own admin screen with only the fields it needs - not a giant generic editor where staff have to remember which custom field does what.

The second thing to check is the front-end. A proper dynamic site renders pages on demand from the database, caches them intelligently, and loads in under three seconds on a 3G connection in Sylhet. A fake-dynamic site loads a heavy theme, pulls in six fonts, runs jQuery animations, and takes eleven seconds to first paint - because the original developer never measured it. I build with Core Web Vitals as a hard requirement. Every page goes through PageSpeed Insights before launch, and if it scores under 85 on mobile, it does not ship. That matters in Bangladesh, where most of your traffic is on a mid-range phone with patchy data, not a Macbook in Gulshan.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Real questions from BD founders evaluating a dynamic website project.

Dynamic website koto taka? What is the price range for a proper CMS-based site?

My dynamic website projects start at 50,000 BDT for a focused site with one main content type (e.g. portfolio, blog, or product catalogue with around 10-15 admin-managed pages). The 90,000 BDT tier covers multi-type sites with 3-4 content modules, user roles, and search. 1,50,000 BDT covers fuller dynamic sites with custom workflows, member areas, or integrations. Custom builds (marketplaces, complex dashboards, multi-tenant) start at 3,00,000 BDT. Avoid quotes under 25,000 BDT - they are static sites disguised as dynamic ones.

Will I really be able to update content myself, or do I need to call you every time?

You really update it yourself. After launch I do a one-hour Zoom training where I walk you (and one team member of your choice) through adding a post, editing a product, changing the homepage banner, and managing users. I also leave a short PDF guide with screenshots in Bangla and English. If you call me three months later asking how to add a category, the answer should be "I already showed you, but here is the screenshot again" - not a 5,000 BDT update invoice.

Can the admin panel work in Bangla? My content team prefers Bangla.

Yes. The CMS interface stays in English (because that is what most plugins and docs use), but content fields fully support Bangla via Avro, Bijoy, or system Unicode input. Bangla shows up correctly in titles, slugs, meta descriptions, social previews, and search. I have built sites where the entire customer-facing front-end is Bangla while admins manage it in a familiar English dashboard.

What CMS do you use - WordPress, custom, or something else?

It depends on the project. For content-heavy sites (news, blog, brochure) I usually use WordPress with custom post types and ACF - cheap to maintain, huge plugin ecosystem, and your future hires can use it without training. For sites with custom workflows, member areas, or complex relationships, I build a custom CMS in Laravel or Next.js so the admin panel matches your business exactly. I will recommend the right one in the discovery call - not push whichever is more profitable for me.

How do you handle hosting for a dynamic site in Bangladesh? Local server or international?

For most BD businesses I recommend a quality international VPS (DigitalOcean, Hetzner, or Cloudways) with Cloudflare in front for caching and DDoS protection. Hosting runs roughly 1,000-2,500 BDT per month depending on traffic. Local BD hosting is cheaper on paper but the uptime and database performance are often poor, and your site goes down during peak hours. If you need .bd domain registration I handle that through BTCL. All costs are transparent and pass-through, not marked up.

Can the dynamic site be extended later - add ecommerce, member login, or a Bangla blog?

Yes, that is the whole point of building it properly the first time. I structure the database and code so adding a new content type (Events, Vacancies, Services, Locations) is a few hours of work. Adding ecommerce to a WordPress dynamic site is a WooCommerce install plus payment gateway setup (bKash, Nagad, SSLCOMMERZ) - usually 30,000-60,000 BDT depending on catalogue size. Member login with paid content tiers is custom work, quoted on scope. You will never be locked into the original spec.
