Who you are actually hiring
You hire the person who builds the site, not a sales rep
Most people searching to hire a web designer in BD have already been burned once. Either an agency quoted them politely, took the advance, and then a junior they never met built something off a template, or a Facebook freelancer disappeared after collecting the first payment. The common problem is the same: the person who sold you the work is not the person who does the work. With me, there is no gap. You message me, I reply, I design, I build, I launch, and I'm still there when you need a change six months later.
I'm RH Fardin, a website designer and developer based in Bangladesh with about five years of hands-on work. I run solo on purpose. No junior team, no project manager forwarding your messages, no account handler who doesn't understand the code. When you hire me you get one accountable person who has seen the whole picture, from the homepage layout down to how the contact form sends you a WhatsApp notification.
Hiring directly also means honest scope. Before you pay anything, I tell you what your project actually needs, what it doesn't, and roughly what it costs. If a 50,000 BDT site is right for your business, I'll say so instead of inflating it. If your idea genuinely needs a 3,00,000 BDT custom build, I'll tell you that too, with the reasons, so you decide with full information.
And because I work with you directly, the design is approved by you before a single page goes live. You see it, you react, we adjust. That's the whole point of hiring a person instead of a process: you stay in control the entire time.
