About the cost of a Rajshahi redesign
What a website redesign in Rajshahi actually costs, and what decides it
Almost every redesign enquiry I get from Rajshahi starts with a site that was built five to seven years ago by a local computer shop on Shaheb Bazar Road, or by a freelancer who has since stopped replying. The owner finally opens it on their own phone, sees it load in eight seconds, sees the layout spill off the edge of the screen, and types the line every Bangladeshi business owner types: "website redesign korte koto taka lagbe?" The honest answer is that the website redesign price in Rajshahi is not decided by the new design you want. It is decided by the mess you are starting from.
I am RH Fardin, the senior operator who does the audit, the design, the rebuild and the migration myself, after about five years of redesigning Bangladeshi business sites. A redesign is not a fresh build with a discount. It is forensic work first.
Before I can name a price I need to know three things: do you have the login and source files, or did the old developer disappear with them; does the current site rank for anything in Google that we cannot afford to lose; and how much of the content can be reused versus rewritten. Those three answers are what separate a 50,000 BDT job from a 1,50,000 BDT one, far more than how the new site looks.
The floor for any redesign I take on is 50,000 BDT. That covers a small site rebuilt with a clean, modern, mobile-first design, real page-speed work so it stops crawling on Rajshahi 4G, the on-page SEO carried over so you keep the rankings you already have, 301 redirects so old links do not die, and migration to hosting that does not fall over. Above that, the price climbs for honest reasons: more pages, content that has to be rewritten because the old copy is eight years stale, a locked-out site I have to rebuild from scratch instead of migrate, bilingual Bangla and English versions, or e-commerce and payment reconnection.
What you will never get from me is the "redesign for 10,000 taka" hook that turns into a real number the moment you are on a call. The tiers below are the real tiers. If your old site is in better shape than you think, I will tell you it is a smaller job and quote lower. If it is locked, broken, or built on something I have to tear out, I will show you exactly why the number is what it is before you pay a single taka.
