Care plans are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you need each month. There is no inflated "package" full of features you will never use.
Yes, but only after a paid audit. I need to see what is under the hood. That could be nulled themes, abandoned page builders, odd custom code or undocumented logins. After the audit, I tell you honestly which path makes sense. The site may be fine to maintain as it is, or it may need a partial rebuild. Or a fresh build from 50,000 BDT may cost you less over time than fighting the old mess every month.
Maintenance clients on a paid plan get same-day attention for urgent issues within Bangladesh business hours. Urgent means the site is down, the checkout is broken or the site is hacked. If so, I will say it and suggest better options. I do not earn a kickback either way.
