Website Design in Gulshan

Website design in Gulshan that matches the address.

If your office is on Gulshan Avenue, Road 11 or near the lake, your website cannot look like a 5,000 BDT template. I personally design and build sites for Gulshan businesses, embassies, boutiques and consultancies — mobile-first, English-and-Bangla ready, and built to convert the buyer who already expects a certain standard before they walk in.

One senior designer. ~5 years building sites for Bangladeshi brands. From 50,000 BDT, 50% advance, design approval before launch.

About the designer

Why Gulshan clients hire me directly

The kind of buyer who lives or works around Gulshan-1, Gulshan-2 and Banani usually decides about your business in the first 8 seconds of landing on the site. They have seen good design — in the apps they use, the shops they visit on Gulshan Avenue, the hotels on Road 41. If your website opens slow on a 4G connection at North End or looks like a generic WordPress theme, you have already lost that buyer before they read a single word.

I am RH Fardin. I have spent roughly five years designing and building websites for Bangladeshi businesses, and I take on a small number of Gulshan projects each quarter because every page is designed and coded by me — no juniors, no outsourced sweatshop. When you message me about a Gulshan website, the person replying is the person who will pick the typography, write the section structure, build the CMS and push the site live.

Most Gulshan businesses I work with fall into a few groups: boutiques and lifestyle brands around Pink City and Road 11, professional firms (law, architecture, consultancy, clinics) with offices in the avenue blocks, restaurants and cafes in the Gulshan-Banani corridor, and embassies or international NGOs that need a bilingual, trustworthy presence. The design language for each one is different, and I tailor it instead of dropping you into a recycled template.

I work on a transparent 50% advance, 50% on launch basis, and I do not move past wireframes until you formally approve the design direction. That single rule has saved every Gulshan client I have worked with the standard nightmare of paying in full upfront and then chasing a freelancer who has gone quiet.

What's included

What you get with a Gulshan website project

Six things I build into every Gulshan project — because the buyer here is not the same as one shopping from a roadside ad in Jatrabari.

01

Address-grade design

The visual language matches a Gulshan office, not a Daraz seller page. Considered typography, generous whitespace, premium colour grading and photography that does not look stock.

02

Mobile-first for real

Your buyer in Gulshan is opening your site on an iPhone over Robi 4G, sitting in traffic on the avenue. The site loads under 3 seconds and the booking button is reachable with one thumb.

03

Bilingual when needed

Bangla and English versions that actually read like a native wrote them, with proper font pairing for Bangla so it does not look like default Nirmala UI.

04

bKash, Nagad and card-ready

If you sell anything online — boutique pieces, salon packages, clinic consultations — I wire bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz cleanly so you stop losing buyers at checkout.

05

Built to be found locally

On-page SEO baked in for terms like "in Gulshan", "near Banani", "Dhaka", plus a properly set up Google Business Profile so walk-in buyers can actually find your door.

06

I answer my own phone

No account manager, no ticket system. You message me on WhatsApp, I reply. Edits after launch get done by the same person who built the site.

In focus

What a Gulshan website should actually do

Gulshan is the most expensive address in Bangladesh, and your buyer knows it. The website has to earn the rent. That means three things working at once: it has to look like the brand belongs in Gulshan (not a Bashundhara discount shop), it has to load instantly on a phone in moving traffic, and it has to make the next step painfully obvious — book a table, request a quote, schedule a consultation, message on WhatsApp. Most Gulshan sites I audit fail at all three. They were built by an agency that handed it to a junior, the brand colours are off, the menu PDF is 12MB, and the contact form goes to an email no one checks.

When I take on a Gulshan website design project, I start with how the buyer actually finds you — is it Google searching "good Italian restaurant in Gulshan", is it Instagram tapping the link in bio, is it referral traffic from a corporate event? I design the homepage and key landing pages around those exact moments, not around a generic "About / Services / Contact" structure. The goal is for the visitor to feel, within seconds, that they are in the right place and that booking with you is the obvious choice. That is what a Gulshan-grade website costs more than a 10,000 BDT template — and that is why it pays for itself in the first month.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Real questions Gulshan clients ask me before signing.

Website design Gulshan e koto taka porbe?

Projects start at 50,000 BDT for a focused 4-6 page brand site. Most Gulshan clients sit in the 90,000 BDT tier (10-15 pages, polished design, blog, bilingual option) or the 1,50,000 BDT tier (custom design, booking or shop, advanced SEO setup). Fully custom builds — restaurant ordering systems, clinic appointment platforms, multi-vendor stores — start from 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is always 50% advance, 50% on launch, no hidden line items.

Do you work onsite in Gulshan or only remotely?

Almost everything is handled over WhatsApp, Zoom and email — it is faster and cleaner. For Gulshan clients I am happy to do one or two in-person meetings if the project warrants it (typically the kickoff for premium tiers). I do not believe in dragging out three meetings before any work starts; you get a written scope and a Figma file faster that way.

Can you make the site in Bangla as well as English?

Yes. Most Gulshan businesses want primarily English with a Bangla option — embassies, law firms, consultancies and restaurants serving both expats and local clientele. I use proper Bangla font stacks (not the default Windows fallback) so the Bangla version looks designed, not auto-translated.

We are a boutique on Road 11 — can buyers order and pay through the site?

Yes. I integrate bKash, Nagad, Rocket and card payments via SSLCommerz, plus a clean WhatsApp ordering fallback for buyers who prefer to message before paying. I also wire pathao or in-house delivery zones for Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara and the rest of Dhaka.

How long does it take from advance payment to launch?

Standard 4-6 page brand site: about 2-3 weeks. The 90,000 BDT tier: 3-4 weeks. Larger 1,50,000 BDT projects: 4-6 weeks. Custom builds quote a timeline in the proposal. I do not start the clock until you have approved the wireframes — that protects both of us from scope creep.

What happens if I do not like the design direction?

That is exactly what the design approval guarantee is for. We do not move into development until you sign off on the visual direction in Figma. Revisions within scope are included. If after the first round you genuinely feel the direction is wrong, I rework it — not move on regardless. You are not locked in to bad design just because you paid an advance.
