Gulshan is not the same buyer as Mirpur or Dhanmondi. The decision-maker is usually a director, a managing partner or a country head. They have seen good Western brand sites, and they compare yours to those, not to other Bangladeshi sites. The bar is higher and the patience is lower. If your homepage looks like a 2014 WordPress theme with a sliding carousel, you lose the room before they read a word. That is the first thing I fix.
The second thing is the buyer journey. Gulshan enquiries are rarely an impulse. It might be a CFO checking your site at 11pm before approving a vendor. Yes. I render Bangla correctly, with proper Unicode fonts and fixed line heights for Bangla letters. The language toggle swaps URLs, so /en and /bn both rank in search. I also structure content so a Bangla page is not just an auto-translation of the English one. I do not use Google Translate widgets. They look amateur on a Gulshan corporate site, and they hurt SEO.
If the change is cosmetic, it is included. That means a colour tweak, an image swap or a headline fix. I do not nickel-and-dime small edits.
