About the developer
One senior operator. Gulshan-grade work, without the agency layers.
Walk into most agencies pitching a Gulshan client and you'll meet four people — a sales manager, an account executive, a project coordinator, and somewhere down the chain, the junior who actually writes the code. By the time your feedback reaches that junior, half the meaning is lost in translation. I built my practice the opposite way. You talk to me, I write the code, I deploy the site, and I'm the one you message at 11pm when the contact form breaks.
I've spent close to five years building web applications and marketing sites for businesses across Dhaka, with a heavy concentration in the Gulshan-Banani-Baridhara belt. That means I know what your buyers expect — a fast loading homepage on a 4G connection in a Gulshan 2 cafe, a working bKash or Nagad checkout, English copy that doesn't read like it was translated by a plugin, and an admin panel your office manager can actually use without me on the phone.
My stack of choice is whatever serves the project, not whatever is trendy. WordPress when you need content flexibility, Next.js or Laravel when you need a real application, custom PHP or Node when the requirement is unusual. I host on Cloudflare, DigitalOcean Singapore, or Hostinger depending on traffic and budget, and I configure DNS, SSL, email DMARC, and backups before I hand over login credentials.
Pricing is plain. 50,000 BDT for a focused 5–7 page site, 90,000 BDT for a richer corporate build with CMS and blog, 1,50,000 BDT for a multi-section site with custom integrations, and from 3,00,000 BDT for custom application work where scope demands it. 50% advance to start, 50% on launch day. No setup fees, no surprise line items, no monthly retainers you didn't ask for.
