Mid-tier Dhaka agencies typically quote 1.5x to 2x for the same scope because their overhead is bigger, not because the output is.
Honest answer: timelines slip by a few days, not weeks, because I only take 3-4 active projects at a time and always quote with buffer. I tell you upfront on the contract. For maintenance after launch, the hosting and code are documented well enough that a competent developer in Dhaka can take over in hours if something ever happens to me. I have never had a project go off the rails because of this, but it is a fair question.

Every site I ship is mobile-first. I design the phone layout before the desktop layout, not the other way around. Page speed is measured on a mid-range Android over a 4G connection, not on my MacBook over fibre. If your customer is opening the site in Dhaka traffic on a 2-year-old phone, the site should still feel fast. That is the bar.
