About RH Fardin
"Web designer" is a title anyone can claim in Rajshahi. Expert is what shows up after launch.
Here is the trap most Rajshahi business owners walk into. The word "expert" is free - every part-timer near RUET, every one-desk shop off Alupatti, every Facebook page selling 8,000-taka sites uses it. So you cannot tell the difference on the sales call, because the talk is identical.
You find out the truth two months after launch: the homepage looks busy but nobody knows where to click, the silk products are crammed three-per-row on a phone so the photos look cheap, the contact form sends to an inbox no one checks, and the whole thing loads in nine seconds on the GP connection your actual customer has. None of that is a theme problem.
It is a judgment problem - and judgment is the one thing a beginner cannot fake and the one thing you are actually paying an expert for.
I am RH Fardin, a solo senior web designer based in Bangladesh, around five years deep in building production sites for the kind of businesses Rajshahi runs on. A web design expert is not someone who knows more buttons.
It is someone who has shipped enough real sites to know, before building anything, what a guardian comparing coaching centres in admission season is scanning for, what makes a foreign buyer trust a mango or agro exporter in the first three seconds, what layout makes a silk or handloom shop near Sopura look premium instead of like a clearance stall, and how a clinic or diagnostic chamber around the Medical area should present a doctor's schedule so a worried patient books instead of leaving.
That pattern-recognition - earned across many Rajshahi-type businesses - is the actual product. The theme is just where it gets typed in.
Every project is me, personally, end to end: the discovery call, the design decisions, the layout, the front-end build, the on-page SEO, the speed pass, and launch night. No junior is quietly assigned once your advance clears. No "our team" doing the real work behind a logo. When you hire an expert, the expensive part is the thinking - the things deliberately left off the page, the order the eye travels, the one call-to-action that earns the tap.
If that thinking gets handed to a trainee the moment the contract is signed, you did not hire an expert; you hired a salesperson who borrowed the word. Solo, on purpose, means the senior judgment you were sold is the judgment that builds your site.
My pricing is fixed, in writing, with no capital-city markup - you pay for expertise and for direct access, not for a Dhaka office. 50,000 BDT for a focused, fast, expertly-designed site. 90,000 BDT for a larger multi-page build with stronger structure, a blog and proper lead capture. 1,50,000 BDT for a content-deep or bilingual site with a small shop or an admission/booking flow. Genuinely custom design from a blank page starts at 3,00,000 BDT.
Always 50% advance and 50% on launch by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, the full design approved by you before the build is finished, and a clean handover so every login - domain, hosting, admin - sits in your name. You can judge the work yourself at rhfardin.com before you commit a single taka - which is the only honest way to check whether "expert" means anything.
