Yes, and this is most of my Shopify work in Bangladesh. I do a paid audit for a small fixed fee. I go through your theme, checkout, apps, speed, payments and analytics. Then I tell you honestly if you need a rebuild or if a focused fix-up will do. About half the time, a 30,000 to 60,000 BDT fix-up gets you 80% of the result. Often that includes removing three apps you don't need. I do not push rebuilds I do not believe in.
Shopify does not yet officially support bKash and Nagad as native gateways in Bangladesh. So the standard route is a payment aggregator like SSLCOMMERZ or aamarPay. One integration gives you bKash, Nagad, Rocket, all major cards and bank transfers. I set this up, including guidance on the merchant account paperwork, the fee structure and test transactions. COD is set up separately with phone checks.
Yes. I connect Pathao, Steadfast, RedX and Sundarban through their public APIs or Shopify apps, based on which courier you actually use. The setup covers live shipping rates at checkout, sending orders to the courier, label printing and a tracking link for the customer. If you use different couriers by zone, I set up that routing logic too.

Yes. That is a hard rule of how I work. After launch, I run a handover session on Google Meet or WhatsApp. I record Loom videos in Bangla and English for weekly tasks.
