School Website Development BD

A school website that actually helps the admissions office, not just one more PDF dump.

I design and build school websites for institutions across Bangladesh - from English-medium schools in Dhanmondi to Bangla-medium high schools in district towns. Mobile-first, Bangla + English support, admission form online, notice board your office staff can update without calling me. Starts at 50,000 BDT. One senior operator from start to launch.

About 5 years building real websites for real Bangladeshi clients - schools, colleges, businesses. No junior hands on your project. 50% advance, 50% on launch, design approval before a single line of code is locked.

About the developer

Why a school principal in BD should hire me directly

Most school websites in Bangladesh were built once around 2016, abandoned, and now look like a Geocities page on a guardian's phone. The principal's photo is 2 MB, the notice PDFs open as garbled boxes on Android, the admission form is a Google Form linked from a Facebook post. Guardians compare you with three other schools before they ever call the office - and the website is usually the first cut.

I'm RH Fardin. For about 5 years I've designed and developed websites end-to-end for Bangladeshi clients, and education is one of the categories I take on directly. Every wireframe, every line of HTML, every notice-board admin panel - my hands. No agency middle layer marking up the price, no fresh CSE graduate learning on your domain.

What that means for a school: you get one phone number, one Bangla-speaking developer, and one person who will sit with your principal and admission officer to map what the site actually needs to do. Display the EIIN, the result link, the syllabus, the academic calendar, the tuition fees, the bus routes, the latest notice on top - in the order a guardian actually scans. Not the order an agency template assumes.

Pricing is straightforward: school websites start at 50,000 BDT for a clean informational site with notice board and admission inquiry; 90,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT for tiers that add online admission forms, result publish, gallery management and Bangla content workflow; custom builds from 3,00,000 BDT when you need student/parent login, fee module integration or full SIS hooks. 50% advance, 50% on launch. Design approval guarantee - if you don't approve the design, we don't move to development.

What's included

What you get in a school website built for Bangladesh

Not a template with your logo dropped in. Six things every BD school website should do well, built into every project by default.

01

Bangla + English

Proper Unicode Bangla (SolaimanLipi / Kalpurush stack), clean toggle, notice board that takes Bangla text from your office without breaking layout on cheap Android phones.

02

Notice Board That Your Office Can Use

Admin panel where the office assistant uploads notices, holiday lists and PDF results in two clicks. No calling the developer for every Eid notice.

03

Online Admission Inquiry

Mobile-friendly admission form with class selection, guardian details and document upload. Submissions land in the admission officer's email and a dashboard - no lost paper slips.

04

Mobile-First, Cheap-Phone Friendly

Guardians open your site on Symphony and Walton handsets over 4G. The site loads under 3 seconds on those, not just on your principal's iPhone.

05

EIIN, Result & Routine Ready

Dedicated sections for EIIN, board exam result links, class routine, academic calendar and syllabus - the pages guardians actually search for after admission.

06

Hosted in BD or Singapore

I help you pick hosting that actually loads fast for Bangladeshi visitors - BD data centre or Singapore edge - not some random US shared host that takes 8 seconds from Dhaka.

In focus

What a school website actually needs to do in Bangladesh in 2026

A guardian in Bangladesh evaluating your school does three things on the website, in order: checks if the school looks legitimate (logo, principal's message, EIIN, photos that don't look stolen from Shutterstock), reads the admission process and fees, then looks for the latest notice to confirm the school is still active. If any of those three break - blurry logo, missing fee structure, last notice from 2023 - they close the tab and move to the next school. The website's job is to clear those three gates fast, then drive a phone call or a campus visit. That is it. Fancy parallax sliders and 'apply for international scholarship' banners are not what gets your admission seats filled in Class 6 or HSC.

Practically, that means a school website built for Bangladesh in 2026 should: load in under 3 seconds on a Walton phone over 4G in Mirpur; show EIIN, principal's name and a working phone number above the fold; have a notice board the office can update without me; render Bangla correctly without that boxy-font fallback on Android 9; and have an admission inquiry form that actually delivers leads to your admission officer's inbox with the WhatsApp/bKash number ready to follow up. That's the bar I build to. Anything beyond that - student portal, fee collection via bKash/Nagad, online result publish with roll search - we add when your school is actually ready to operate it, not because the brochure says so.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Six honest answers - the ones principals, head teachers and admission officers usually ask me in the first call.

School website koto taka porbe? What does it actually cost?

Three standard tiers: 50,000 BDT (clean informational site - About, Academics, Admission Info, Notice Board, Gallery, Contact), 90,000 BDT (adds online admission form, basic result link page, multi-page gallery), and 1,50,000 BDT (adds full notice/result/event publish workflow, Bangla content tools, faculty profiles with search). Custom builds with parent login, fee collection or SIS hooks start from 3,00,000 BDT. 50% advance, 50% on launch. Yearly hosting and domain run separately, roughly 5,000-12,000 BDT/year depending on plan.

Can our school office update notices without calling you every time?

Yes, that is the whole point. Every school site I build comes with an admin panel your office assistant logs into and posts a notice in two clicks - title, date, attach PDF, publish. Same for holiday lists, exam routines and gallery photos. I record a short Bangla walkthrough video for your staff so onboarding takes one hour, not one week.

Do you support proper Bangla on the website?

Yes. Unicode Bangla with a proper font stack (SolaimanLipi / Kalpurush / Noto Sans Bengali fallback) so it renders correctly on iPhones, modern Android, and the cheap Walton/Symphony phones most guardians use. Optional Bangla/English toggle on key pages. I do not use image-based Bangla text that breaks SEO and accessibility.

How long does it take to launch a school website in Bangladesh?

Standard build: 3-4 weeks from advance payment to live site, assuming your school provides logo, principal's message, faculty list, and at least 10-15 photos within the first week. The bottleneck is almost always content from the school side, not development. I send a content checklist in Bangla and English on day one so nothing is missed.

Can the site take online admission forms and collect application fees via bKash?

Online admission inquiry form is standard in all tiers - it captures student name, class, guardian phone, optional document upload, and emails the admission officer. For actual fee collection via bKash/Nagad payment gateway, that needs custom integration and starts in the 1,50,000 BDT tier and up - we discuss whether your school actually needs it before adding the cost, because for many schools a manual bKash send-money number on the confirmation page works fine.

We're outside Dhaka - in Bogura/Khulna/Sylhet. Can you still build our website?

Yes. I work with schools across Bangladesh - all of it is done remotely over phone, WhatsApp and video calls in Bangla. I have built sites for clients in district towns the same way I do for Dhanmondi schools. Hosting, domain, payments, support - all handled remotely. The only thing I cannot do remotely is photograph your campus, so either your school provides decent photos or we hire a local photographer in your city for one day.
