School Website Design BD

School website design in Bangladesh, built around admission and notices

Parents check your school on a phone before they ever visit the gate. I build school sites where the admission form, the notice board and the results page all work fast on mobile data, with EIIN and MPO details where they belong. One senior developer, no agency, no junior practicing on your institution. From 50,000 BDT, 50% to start.

Around 5 years building and shipping sites solo. I design, code and launch every school site myself, with a design-approval guarantee before the final payment is due.

School website design BD

A school website that does admission work, not just sits there

Most school websites in Bangladesh are a brochure that nobody updates. A welcome message from the principal, a blurry photo of the building, a 'notice' section that last changed two years ago. Meanwhile the real questions a parent has, when does admission open, what's the fee, what's the EIIN, is there a science group, where do I see results, go unanswered, so they call the office or just go to the school down the road. A school web design in BD only earns its cost when it answers those questions before a parent has to ask a human.

The buyer here is specific, and it isn't a teenager. It's a parent on a mid-range Android, usually in the evening, deciding whether your institution is worth a visit. So every school website I build is mobile-first and loads fast on ordinary mobile data, not just on the office wifi where you'll preview it. The admission information is front and centre, the notice board is something your office can update in two minutes without calling me, and the results or routine pages don't crash when three hundred parents open them on result day.

I build for the real shape of Bangladeshi schools, Bangla-medium, English-medium, English-version, madrasah, kindergarten and coaching centres, each with its own needs. A government MPO school wants EIIN, MPO status, managing-committee and teacher lists shown properly; an English-medium school wants a polished, credible look that justifies its fees; a coaching centre wants batch timings, admission deadlines and a clear 'call now' for parents. I don't paste the same template on all of them. The structure follows what your institution actually has to communicate.

And I work like one accountable person, because I am one. RH Fardin, around five years of this, doing the design, the code and the launch myself. No account manager, no 'our developer will get back to you', no junior learning on your school's reputation. Pricing is plain so you're not stuck guessing: school sites start at 50,000 BDT, the common tiers are 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT depending on pages, online-admission and results features, and fully custom builds, full student portals and the like, begin at 3,00,000 BDT. Terms are 50% advance, 50% on launch, and you approve the design before that final payment is due.

What's included

What a Bangladeshi school actually needs from its website

Not a brochure with a building photo. Each of these is something parents, your office and the institution genuinely use.

01

Admission front and centre

Open dates, fees, age and group requirements, and an online admission inquiry or form that lands straight in your inbox, so parents act instead of phoning the office for basics.

02

Notice board you control

An office staffer can post exam routines, holidays and announcements in two minutes from a phone. No calling the developer every time a notice changes.

03

Results day ready

Results and routine pages that stay up when hundreds of parents open them at once on result day, instead of timing out exactly when you need them most.

04

EIIN, MPO, committee

EIIN, MPO status, managing-committee and teacher-staff lists laid out properly, the credibility details parents and the board both look for in a real institution.

05

Mobile-first for parents

Built for a parent on a mid-range Android on mobile data in the evening, the actual buyer, not for the office monitor where you preview it. Fast load, clear next step.

06

One senior builder

I design, code and launch your school site personally, around 5 years doing exactly this. You message one person, get straight answers, and approve the design before the final payment.

In focus

What a school site has to do that an ordinary business site doesn't

A school website has a calendar a business site doesn't. There are three or four moments in the year, admission season, exam routines, result publication, the start of a new session, when traffic spikes and the site has to perform under load while a worried parent refreshes it. Most cheap school sites are template brochures that fall over on exactly those days. So I build the admission section, the notice board and the results page as the spine of the site, fast, light, and updatable by your own office staff without a developer. The notice board especially matters: if your office has to call me to post a holiday notice, the site dies within a month. It has to be something a non-technical staff member runs from a phone.

Credibility is the other half. In Bangladesh a parent is judging whether your institution is real and worth the fees, and the website is the first proof. That means the things the sector actually shows, EIIN and MPO status for MPO-listed schools, the managing committee, the teacher and staff list, real photos of classrooms and labs rather than stock images, and an academic structure (groups, classes, sections) laid out clearly. For an English-medium or English-version school, the design itself has to look as polished as the tuition implies; for a Bangla-medium MPO school, the priority is complete, correct institutional information presented plainly. I structure the school website bd around whichever of these your institution is, instead of dropping the same education template on everyone and hoping.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Straight answers to what principals, founders and managing committees ask before building a school website in Bangladesh.

School website design BD-te koto taka lage? What does a school website cost?

School sites start at 50,000 BDT, which gets you an original, mobile-first site with admission info and a notice board, not a recycled template. The common tiers are 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT depending on pages, online-admission forms, results and gallery features. Fully custom builds, like a student or parent portal, start from 3,00,000 BDT. Terms are 50% advance and 50% on launch, with the design approved before that final payment.

Can our office staff update notices and results without calling you?

Yes, that's the whole point. I set up the notice board, admission updates and results pages so a non-technical staff member can post from a phone in a couple of minutes. I walk your office through it at handover. A school site that needs the developer for every holiday notice goes stale fast, so I build the opposite.

Can you add online admission forms and an inquiry system?

Yes. I can build an online admission inquiry or full application form that drops submissions straight into your inbox or a simple panel, so parents apply or ask from their phone instead of queuing at the office. This typically sits in the 90,000 to 1,50,000 BDT range depending on how much you want it to capture and automate.

Will the site show EIIN, MPO status and the managing committee?

Yes, and laid out the way the sector expects. EIIN, MPO status, the managing committee, and teacher and staff lists are credibility details parents and the education board both look for, so I structure them clearly rather than burying them. For MPO and Bangla-medium schools this institutional information is usually the priority over flashy design.

Do you build for English-medium, Bangla-medium and madrasah schools?

All of them, plus English-version schools, kindergartens and coaching centres. I don't use one template for everyone, the structure follows your institution: an English-medium school needs a polished, fee-justifying look, an MPO school needs complete institutional info, a coaching centre needs batch timings and a clear call-now. We decide the right shape in the first conversation.

Our school is outside Dhaka. Can you still build the site?

Yes. I work with institutions across Bangladesh fully remotely, Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, smaller towns, anywhere. Everything runs over call and message, payment is the standard 50% advance and 50% on launch, and the site is tuned for parents on mobile data anywhere in the country, not just on fast city wifi. You don't need to come to an office.
