Open most Bangladeshi business websites on a 6,000 taka Symphony or itel phone over 4G in Mirpur and you will see the same thing: text running off the screen, hamburger menus that refuse to close, hero images cropping the founder's face in half, and a WhatsApp button that overlaps the price. I draft the mobile view first, in Figma, at 360 by 640, then scale up to tablet and desktop. By the time I write a single line of code, I already know how every button, form and image behaves on the screen your customer is actually holding.
Real testing happens on real hardware. I test on a low-end Android over a throttled 3G connection, on a mid-range Xiaomi, on iPhone Safari, on a Samsung tab, and on a Windows laptop running old Edge. If a section breaks at 412px width, I find it before launch, not after a client message at 11pm saying 'amar bhaiya bolche site dekha jacche na'.
I do not subcontract. I do not run a team of juniors. You hire me, I design, I code, I QA on devices, I deploy. The site that goes live is the same site I drew in Figma and the same one I tested on my own phones. That is why the work holds up.

Anyone can drop a Bootstrap template into a site and call it responsive. That is not what you are paying for when you hire an expert. You are paying for someone who has spent years watching how Bangladeshi customers actually behave on their phones: they hold the device in one hand while riding a CNG, they have one bar of signal at the gulshan office basement, they tap with the thumb of the hand that is also holding a chai, and they will close your tab in 3 seconds if the page jumps while loading. Responsive design in BD means designing for that reality.
Practically, that translates into specific decisions on every project. The sticky call button sits bottom-right on mobile so the thumb hits it, but moves to the top-right on desktop. The product image is 600px wide on mobile, 1200px on desktop, served as a separate file so phones do not download a 2MB hero. The Bangla menu uses a font stack with Hind Siliguri as the primary because it renders crisply on cheap Android.
The 'koto taka?' price box appears above the fold on mobile so nobody has to scroll to find it. None of these are template defaults. Each one is a deliberate choice I make because I have watched the analytics of what BD users actually do on phones for years.

Actual phones. I keep a low-end Android, a mid-range Android, an iPhone and a tablet on my desk. Every project goes through real device testing before launch. DevTools is useful but it cannot tell you how a button feels under a real thumb on a 5.5-inch screen.
Yes. I test on phones running older Android and Safari versions, not just the latest flagships. If your customer base includes people on entry-level Symphony, itel, Walton or older Samsung devices, I will make sure the layout, fonts and forms work properly on those too.
Sometimes yes, depending on how it was built. If the underlying code is clean WordPress or HTML, I can audit and patch the responsive issues for less than a full rebuild. If it was built with a heavy page builder that fights mobile layouts, a rebuild is usually faster and cheaper in the long run. I will tell you honestly which it is after I look at the site.
A standard 5 to 7 page responsive business site takes about 2 to 3 weeks from advance payment to launch. That includes Figma design, your approval, coding all three breakpoints, device QA, and revisions.
